There is very little that I dislike about Sequesto, in fact I am struggling to pinpoint anything. The very small elements that I haven't been a fan of, such as minor formatting issues have all been 'fixed' by Sequesto within a week and so they are no longer concerns for me and didn't hinder my use of Sequesto in the first place. Sequesto saves a huge amount of time wading through previous tender responses to find the material you wish to include in a new tender. It is incredibly good at mining information fed into the library and formulating a good response.

It enables us to create first draft responses to proposal questions quickly, minimising the need to start from scratch or with a blank page.

The tool then makes collaboration with Subject Matter Experts and reviewers much more straightforward and helps negate issues with version control.

The ability to collaborate through the tool also saves a huge amount of time, making it easy for multiple users to work on multiple questions in parallel.

The tool is ever evolving so not necessarily to polished final product from day one. However, this has had advantages as we have been very much involved in the development journey with the Sequesto team who are more than happy to take on board feedback and integrate it into their development roadmap. My positive experience with Sequesto is 50% related to the tool and the platform which is easy to use and flexible for several important purposes related to bid process support, tender material analysis and investigation, and proposal writing. We also have a few other important potential use cases related to sales. The pplatform seems to support very agile development, so that even complicated requests can be resolved and implemented within few days. The other 50% of my positive experience is related to the team. They really dig into our specific demands and our situation in order to adapt the tool and support us proactively and effectively. There is nothing I dislike. But customers need to consider that ythis is a new kind of tool and it takes a bit time and effort to understand how to use it in the best way. So customers would need to also be committed to use a few weeks and collaborate with the Sequesto team in order to get the tool positioned within the organization, provide data for libraries and inmtroduction of new users. The platform not only meets its promises, but also places a strong emphasis on user satisfaction, exceeding our expectations for return on investment significantly. Its capabilities range from analyzing complete tender documents in minutes to offering a bid/no-bid decision-making feature that saves our team a substantial time and effort even before initiating a project. The automated question responses and the built-in Word and Excel editors greatly benefit our entire team. These features are immensely useful, effective, and efficient.

Additionally, the platform’s Collective Memory feature not just typical library, but rather an intelligent repository that preserves knowledge even amidst team changes (which happen more than I bargain for, unfortunately). So this has been very helpful to ensure continuity, preservation and re-use of internal know-how and experience, even when we had staff swaps in the team.

The built-in AI functionality is extremely powerful, and suggests precisely tailored answers to specific queries, based on our own know-how and this above-mentioned Collective Memory. The AI is also very good at rephrasing , reformatting or restructuring answers, according to what is asked in the requirements document.

What is even better, and highly relevant for us, is that it works seamlessly in various languages. So past tender responses could have been in Spanish, or French, and a new tender in German, and we can simply use information from the past in the new tender, without tedious translations or having the need for polyglots.

What is very noticeable is how the system becomes increasingly intelligent if you feed it more older tenders.

Our team is also very pleased with the entire UX/UI experience, and the mean & lean interface is definitely a winner. It's not bloated with bells & whistles like other systems, that are more often than not distracting, and you yet it does it that it needs to do.

As some people have also lots of other tasks, the deadline reminder automation also been key to increase our success rate, and if someone didn't complete some section, we also know this in advance from the central dashboard, and not upon final review, hours before a deadline! So this ensures a much more serene environment with less stress.

We also had a very personalized onboarding with the Sequesto team, and they were very professional, caring, and supportive of our needs.
