# Which review management tools offer automated review requests and response workflows?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Hi G2 reviewers, every vendor in this space promises set-and-forget: automated review requests going out, response workflows keeping up with what comes back. I am researching<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/review-management-software"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/review-management-software">review management</a> tools and want to know where that promise actually holds. </p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">The mechanics I care about: what triggers a request (a closed job, a delivered order, a CRM event), whether requests land while the experience is still fresh, how response templates and approvals work, and what alerts you when a review needs a human.</p><ul>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/birdeye/reviews"><strong>Birdeye</strong></a>: built around exactly this loop, with review requests fired automatically by SMS and email from CRM and job events, plus AI-drafted responses waiting for approval.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/reputation/reviews"><strong>Reputation</strong></a> (formerly Reputation.com): the multi-location play, with response workflows that route reviews to the right team; its engagement feature rates 87% on G2's data.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/feefo/reviews"><strong>Feefo</strong></a>: invitation-based collection is its whole model, with automated requests sent only to verified customers after a transaction; reviewer validation rates 91% and review forms 87%.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/yotpo/reviews"><strong>Yotpo</strong></a>: post-purchase request flows for ecommerce, timed off the delivery event, with engagement rated 82%.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">For those who have run these automations for a full quarter: which part did you end up turning off, the auto-requests, the auto-drafted responses, or the alerts, and what made you pull the plug?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p>

&lt;p&gt;I’d be most cautious with auto-drafted responses. Requests and alerts can save a lot of manual work, but I’d still want a human reviewing replies so the response doesn’t sound generic or miss the context of a negative review.&lt;/p&gt;
