Some of the navigation can be a little bit layered and confusing (what project am I in?), I'm not really sold on the content marketing parts and the AI writer. I have been actively using SE ranking for about 3 months. I use a pro 2000 account to track and improve my company's positioning, as well as to help several clients with theirs.

Currently, I have 10 projects that I track and improve, and it's rare for a day to go by without me checking in once or twice.

The learning curve is relatively simple, almost everything has a little icon (i) to get more information, and many of the elements are clickable to get more information about them.

They have impeccable customer service, from the initial information to support and guidance in implementing the service. Everything has been quite easy, it integrates seamlessly with Search Console and analytics (in just a few clicks) and you have all the necessary information there.

To start of they offer a user friendly interface UI making it very easy to check and track any required data you need. Very easy to use and integrate your websites, up to 5 projects for the cheapest plan. I use SE Ranking mostly for my website audits and tracking my keywords ranks alone and crosscheck agents competitors in the same industry. I use them everyday and follow the reports which they also send via email. I have tried other services and can recommend anyone looking for a cost effective tool which is very accurate. Although its a good platform overall some more experienced users may find it's backlink database isn't as comprehensive as that of larger platforms in the industry.
