I frequently have to refer back to SEMRUSH to be able to see where my keywords are standing because I just can't trust this for reporting. Also the customer service is terrible compared to other options. This service is fine forsmall businesses but I would not use this for a large company again. As it’s been stated by our support team, the discrepancy in rankings is caused by the way your project was configured. The thing is that you’re tracking countrywide and we wouldn’t recommend such a setup because usually Google serves users location-specific results. Normally, a regular user running a manual search in Google would be served the search results for their state, city or part of a city, while countrywide results are only served to those users, whose precise location couldn’t be determined. Essentially, you can think of Google USA as an imaginary location, to which Google assigns all users whose exact location isn’t available. The main problem is that such US-wide results don’t necessarily correlate with local results. For instance, your site may show up in local results in Google New York and Google Seattle, but it may be missing from the Google US SERP. If you want the rankings in the project to match live results you get after making a manual search, please, go to Google, look up a keyword, scroll down to the very bottom of the page and check what location is displayed, then add it as a location in your project ### 47.
