# Which Oracle reseller certifications, partner statuses, and technical capabilities should organizations evaluate when identifying the best fit?

&lt;p&gt;The badge wouldn’t tell me enough. I’d ask to meet the Oracle-certified people who will actually be assigned to the project before signing. A partner can have impressive credentials at the company level and still staff the engagement with a completely different mix of experience.&lt;/p&gt;
