Sometimes customer service is unresponsive.

**What problems is Adecco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier in my employment, my company doesn't have any way to connect foreign employee to China company and FESCO - ADECCO come in hand. FESCO - ADECCO provided a global HR that can connect my employment.

**Describe the project or task Adecco helped with:**

I have used ADDECO to find jobs and I would recommend it because it is an excellent search tool. It has job offers in all areas of work and that makes it a platform that recommends family and friends who are looking for work.

**What do you like best about Adecco?**

What I like most is the interface is very easy to use

**What do you dislike about Adecco?**

What I like the least is that I have to add a lot of information about previous jobs. It would be good to have some tab to upload your curriculum summary in PDF format

**Recommendations to others considering Adecco:**

My recommendation is that people who use ADDECO have patience and know how to select very well the jobs they really like and are prepared to take on such jobs.

I think is the professionality and good service

Sometimes they don't send us exactly the profile we are looking for

**What do you like best about Adecco?**

Adecco is one of the best agency if you want to find job , i worked for them in past for few month for a Expo in Milan , they are great, good quality service, they help you in whatever you want, they are very kind and friendly , i think all the employers have to be like them , very precise and efficient.
In their web page you can find different jobs advertises , and you can also put your CV and they will send you an email every time that a job match with your experiences.
If they contract you they will pay you every month without problems.
They are one of the biggest agency for finding job i think.
I remember that compared with other agencies in the same project they paid us far more than them , like 200 or 300 euros more and our hours were less than their hours.

Nothing in particular my experience with them was smooth and easy.
Maybe i would like to see more jobs in their web pages.

Just go for it , at least in Italy they are very professional so you will feel good working with them.
