## About Schedule My Rent
Schedule My Rent provides simple, yet powerful, rental property management software to: advertise vacant units, accept customizable on-line rental applications, screen tenants, collect rent, share leases and other documents, track expenses, and receive maintenance requests. Renters can pay with their bank account, credit/debit card, and can even pay with cash at any MoneyGram location including Walmart and CVS. Landlords receive funds in three business days or same-day with our QuickPay service.

**What do you like best about Schedule My Rent?**

It is easy for me to set up my renter on the platform and makes collecting rent payments easier since I am not in real estate. The renter can also pay a variety of ways which ensures rent will be paid.

**What do you dislike about Schedule My Rent?**

The only con I can think of is that there is no iPhone app so I must log onto my laptop to use the platform. It is very user-friendly although sometimes tenants get confused on how to sign up.

**What problems is Schedule My Rent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes collecting rent payments so much easier and I no longer have to write and keep up receipts. The tenant gets a confirmation for their payment and it cuts down on a lot of time and confusion. No more having to wait at the bank or go make deposits.

Reminders are sometimes annoying, also platform could be integrated with other payment methods like other apps
