# Which CRM connects to your email, calendar, and support tools without custom development work?

I've been mapping out which CRM connects to your email, calendar, and support tools without custom development work for a team that's tired of hearing "integrates with everything" only to find out that means there's an API and you're welcome to go build something. What they actually need is native sync out of the box. Here's what the CRM category on G2 turned up.

HubSpot Sales Hub. Native Gmail and Outlook add-ins plus a large first-party app marketplace, and the support side sits in the same platform. Known for breadth of no-code connectors.

Copper. Purpose-built around Google Workspace, so Gmail, Calendar, and Drive are the CRM rather than integrations to it. Best for Google-first companies.

Zoho CRM. Connects across Zoho's own mail, desk, and calendar products without setup work, with outside connectors available too. Best for teams standardizing on one vendor.

monday CRM. Email sync and calendar sync are configured through the same no-code builder as everything else in monday. Best for teams already using monday for projects.

Nimble CRM. Sits on top of your inbox and social profiles and enriches contacts from there instead of asking you to import them. Best for relationship-led selling.

Insightly CRM. Pairs CRM with its own service and marketing modules, so the helpdesk link doesn't need building. Best for teams wanting CRM and support from one vendor.

One thing worth checking before committing: whether the email sync is two-way and whether calendar invites write back to the record, or whether it's just a one-way log of sent mail. That distinction is where a lot of the disappointment comes from.

For those who've set this up, which CRM integrations actually held up without engineering help, and which ones quietly needed a middleware tool to work properly?

<p>The most important test is whether the integration stays truly two-way once real workflows start—emails logged correctly, calendar changes reflected on the contact record, and support context visible without middleware. I’d also check how much admin upkeep those “native” connections need after permissions, user roles, or connected accounts change.</p>
