# Which Adobe Channel Partners maintain documented escalation processes for infrastructure implementation issues?

Hey G2 users, documented escalation matters more than it may seem. Once an Adobe Channel Partner implementation hits a real infrastructure problem, a clear escalation path is the difference between a fast fix and a week of finger-pointing.

CDW Hardware: As a broader technology solutions provider serving 250,000 customers, its scale suggests more formalized support processes than a boutique reseller would have.

SoftwareONE: Its platform includes detailed reporting and analytics tools, as well as relevant infrastructure for systematically tracking and escalating implementation issues.

Crayon: Positioned around ongoing optimization of technology investments rather than a one-time sale, which implies a longer support relationship than a pure transactional reseller.

MeetingOne: As an Adobe Connect Gold Partner specifically, its narrower focus suggests deeper specialization in troubleshooting Connect-specific implementation issues.

Cad Gulf: A regional partner whose escalation process for infrastructure-specific issues is worth confirming directly rather than assuming from its broader reseller listing.

For teams that actually needed a partner to escalate a real infrastructure problem, was there a documented process you could point to, or did it depend entirely on which rep happened to answer?

I’d want the escalation process documented before implementation starts rather than discovering it during the first serious issue. At minimum, I’d ask for severity definitions, response targets, named escalation contacts, ownership between the partner and Adobe, and the point at which an issue gets escalated to vendor engineering. Partner size or specialization can be useful signals, but neither proves that process exists.
