**What do you like best about Scalelist?**

I use Scalelist to grow my business by finding the best contacts and leads through LinkedIn, allowing me to acquire their information and integrate it within my systems. It helps me find people and get their information, so I can reach out directly. Scalelist provides a detailed targeted list to get my business in front of potential clients, which increases my conversion rate and revenue. The email address acquisition feature is the most valuable for me since it's critical for contacting the right people. I also appreciate being able to leverage LinkedIn profiles, especially through Sales Navigator, for creating my lead list and targeted marketing efforts, which support my content, speaking opportunities, and workshops. The setup was pretty easy to get installed and integrated on my laptop.

**What do you dislike about Scalelist?**

The biggest area in which Scalelist could be enhanced is if there was a mobile app that I could use on my phone or tablet. And also the fact that it is only integrated into the Google Chrome version of LinkedIn. I'd also like to be able to use it with the LinkedIn application on top too. Just having to go back from the LinkedIn application to LinkedIn on my laptop in Chrome is one of the ways I think it could be slightly improved.

I use Scalelist to grow my business by finding the best contacts and leads through LinkedIn, helping me acquire their information. It solves the problem of finding the right people, providing targeted lists that increase my conversion rates and revenue.

**What do you like best about Scalelist?**

We've been really impressed with the email accuracy - consistently getting more than 85% valid contacts when we upload our prospect lists. The automatic data cleaning is a huge time-saver that handles all those annoying formatting issues like removing "LTD." variations and cleaning up special characters. Everything comes out ready to use in our CRM without any manual work. The prospect monitoring feature has also been valuable for catching when our leads change jobs so we can time our outreach better. It's become essential for our lead generation process.

**What do you dislike about Scalelist?**

Would love to see company data enrichment added alongside the contact details - things like revenue, industry insights and signals, would make it a complete solution. More CRM integrations beyond the current options would also be helpful for different team setups.

**What problems is Scalelist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team was spending hours manually finding contact information for our prospect lists. Scalelist automated this by enriching databases with verified contact details and tracking job changes. This freed up time to focus on campaign strategy instead of data research, allowing us to scale operations and handle more clients without expanding the team.

**What do you like best about Scalelist?**

It makes lead scraping from LinkedIn Sales Navigator ridiculously easy. I can export a full list with verified work emails and phone numbers in seconds, all while staying inside LinkedIn. The UI is super clean, the enrichment is accurate, and it just works without any complicated setup. It’s saved me so much time on manual prospecting and helped me keep my outreach data fresh and high-quality.

**What do you dislike about Scalelist?**

My only real gripe is that mobile numbers cost a lot more credits than emails. If you're pulling a lot of phones, you’ll see your credits disappear quickly. It’s not a deal breaker, but you do have to be a bit strategic about how you use it.

**What problems is Scalelist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scalelist helps me solve one of the biggest headaches in outbound sales, getting valid contact details. Most tools either give you outdated info or miss the phone numbers entirely. With Scalelist, I can enrich my leads with verified work emails and even mobile numbers that actually connect. That’s a game changer for outreach and follow-ups. **What do you like best about Scalelist?**

Scalelist makes outbound work a lot smoother. The UI is simple, the leads are pretty accurate, and I really like how everything is in one place — from campaign setup to launching emails. It saved me a ton of time compared to doing it all manually.

**What do you dislike about Scalelist?**

Not a lot to complain about. Maybe just small stuff like loading speed when switching between tabs or sometimes needing to re-sync emails. But the team’s quick to respond and sort things out when we report anything.

Scalelist helps us cut down the time it takes to build outbound campaigns.
