
SAP Service cloud is a good customer service software because it helps to many users
I like ticketing and case management system
It is user friendly interface Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think cost SAP has higher cost of ownership it can be costly to implement and maintain Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.
