What do you like best about SAP Service Cloud?

It is very helpful for customer service, specialized agents, and brings an Omni channel communication support which I like the most since you have different ways to communicate and received a response with resolution or steps to follow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Service Cloud?

I will says that they can improve on pricing to compete with other CRms since SAP brings a lot of essentials tools and I will say that it will be a great worldwide usé Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP Service Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

In this case first the communication is very important and SAP is providing different ways to communicate with customers , provide resolution with the Omni channel platform that it provides as well a great integrating process where we can manage the initial interaction up to the final outcome and this helps a lot and provides positive feedback to the customer service experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
