SAP Cloud Appliance Library is sometimes very slow, the utilization percentage must be calculated based on the current phase of the project, and it is sometimes overly logical and jumps to a quick conclusion, for example, in one of the evaluations it indicated that ML Actual Costing is active by checking the main table rather than going into multiple tables.
