- The concept of tenant URLs is confusing - this results in me logging with an account and a solution instance available or unavailable, depending on the URL I'm choosing. Would like to see this feature being reworked for ease of end-user convenience of not needing to remember URLs.

- Thought technically challenging, it should be feasible to move solution instances from one cloud account to another (rather than have customers spin off new instances).

- SAP CAL requires features to (a) Notify users when new solutions are added; and (b) Export/copy out a list of current solution instances available e.g. for comparison analysis on a spreadsheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easiness of consumption. Starting new instances is a breeze. Can have a SAP system running in 2 hours while it would take weeks to build one from scratch.

Good list of appliances, but not all products are there. Would like to see GRC (Access control), C4 Commerce, C4 Marketing, etc

Also, billing at SAP is far from ideal. I can start instances immediately and pay for the provision with Amazon without problems. Simple and easy. Paying SAP for the rights of using additional CAL systems is less efficient process. Subscription outside of the CAL platform, invoicing that is not quite clear. Utilization reports not available. CAL is a fantastic 1 stop shop for all your SAP demo environment needs. It's great that in such a large organization there is a single place to go for this. By comparison, Microsoft and Oracles programs are much more segmented and far less intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To use CAL I also needed to engage the partner licensing team Test and Demo Registration. This experience was far less friendly and is unfortunate that it's a completely separate tool from CAL. It would be great to have some integration there where I can click "Get a license for this service" and it would take me to the order management tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- the tenant concept is troublesome, especially in my case where I had to change S user in the middle of the provisioning. Meaning, every time I logon, I redirected to a tenant that I am not using and there no way to chose the tenant other the remember the link in the http address.

- the fact that you cannot invite users, but they have to invite themselves using a link that you send (same story of the tenant)

- it seems that other admin in my tenant cannot stop/start a solution (is it a bug? ) but they can change the schedule of the stop/start Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
