Easy to use as it is very basic. It is simple to "install" and use right away. Samdock have allow us to add clients and the contact / in charge persons for certain leads (then deals), prepare the pipelines to monitor the process and set up due dates cpnnected to financial phases as well (calculating budgets and adding due dates for invoicing f.e.). Over time one realieses, the tool has a lot of limitations and the team is not very helpful. Unfortunatelly one is left with frustration. While in the beginning the tool looked promising, there is not much development. The recent purchase of the brand by another owner gives the impression, there is now even less support.
