As a Safety Director I get "Real Time" access to employees completion of every safety process and form along with the signature of the crew / site leader and all the employees on the crew / site that particpated in the safety process; EVERY DAY! No more chasing paper with never really getting the real results way too late to do anything about it.
During trainings that are completed for employees on a safety policy, procedure or process there is a document created for the training that each employee signs on SALUS upon the training completion. This document remains on their SALUS app for them to review in detail any time they want and it is stored on SALUS by employee, with signature, for administrators to have documented on what trainings each employee has completed.
Also the ability of SALUS to sort and report completion and signatures of forms by employee and by site and for specific time periods allows us to export the results weekly (or for any period) and send to the employees / sites so they see how they are performing in comparison to the standards required and the other employees / sites. We also use these results to reward the best performers.

This is a hard question because I am using all my available time using everything that works in SALUS for our company prioritized by what will drive better safety performance and results by our employees and implementing these processes first.
If I had to "dislike" something I would say having more opportunities to track annd report on documents as forms are tracked would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
