Excellent price point for the function and service. **What do you dislike about SALUS?** As its a smaller tech company the total customization of flows/forms isn't there yet, but they soon will be. **What problems is SALUS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to see our daily hazard assessments as soon as they are filled out and can easily reject or approve. Record keeping for safety certifications is easy. Our workers also have access immediately to our Health & Safety manual, including job procedures. ### 2. App is very user friendly and the customer service is unbelievable. They have gotten back to me within hours when I had trouble using the app. Easy to custumize your own forms. Constantly upgrading the app to make it better. **What do you dislike about SALUS?** I do not have any dislikes about the app. **What problems is SALUS solving and how is that benefiting you?** You can load all your paperwork to each individual worksite—easy access to the forms when conducting a safety audit. ### 5. They listen to suggestions and continue to make their app better to capture the needs of clients. **What do you dislike about SALUS?** It is a work in progress, some bugs and functionality just aren't there yet. I am excited to utilize the fleet program to reduce admin hours tracking the information. ### 6. They all responded quickly and are pleasant to deal with. New technology can be difficult to absorb so having knowledgeable people patiently assist is critical in its success. **What do you dislike about SALUS?** We would like to be able to modify the forms ourselves to achieve the look and receive the information we want. **Recommendations to others considering SALUS:** For the companies still using hard copy reports an online system will eleiminate paper gathering and safety coordinators can then concentrate more on site safety functions. At first administration needs to concentrate and enforce compliance of filing all required reports - the site guys will eventually start to realize the advantages to online reporting. For those that don't you should consider whether they should remain with your organization. The company Safety Culture MUST constantly evolve. **What problems is SALUS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main issue being addressed with a web based platform is having reports completed on line and once submitted directing them to the people that need them immediately No one needs to pick up or deliver paper reports. **Official Response from Gabe Guetta:** > Thanks for the review, Dan! They have customized our forms and have gone over and above to our expectations. **What do you dislike about SALUS?** I wish the price could be less but I am cheap and still think that is a great deal for your dollar **Recommendations to others considering SALUS:** This will be the Best thing you have even done to organize your safety program. It also stores everyone's certifications, so you can easily see when tickets are expiring. **What problems is SALUS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to keep all of our paperwork organized and stored on their cloud, which makes it easier to maintain our COR certification and its been saving us a lot of money on printing. They went over and beyond and helped us customize a Work Order form for our service department that is cutting our invoicing time to clients by a week! Its been AMAZING! ### 8.
