"SALUS Keeps All Our Safety Records Organized in One Place"
5/5
What do you like best about SALUS?

What I like most about SALUS is that it keeps all of our safety information organized and in one place. It makes it easier to find records, track inspections, trainings, meetings and, and to see what has been completed or still needs to be done. I also find it helpful because it reduces paperwork and makes keeping track of our safety documentation much easier. Overall, it helps keep things organized, consistent and easier to manage across our projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SALUS?

One downside of SALUS is that some things can take a little longer to find or complete than expected. It can also take some time to learn where everything is and how certain features work. Overall, I find it helpful, but making some areas a little simpler and more user friendly would make it even easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Julie Gunn of SALUS

Hi Paola, thank you for sharing this. Keeping inspections, trainings, meetings, and records organized in one place, and easy to see what's done and what's still needed, is operational safety in practice: safety built into the daily flow of work instead of scattered paperwork. It means you'll be ready to defend, whether it's an audit, an incident review, or a client walking the site, with those insights at your fingertips. Glad it's helping keep things consistent and manageable across your projects.

On things taking a little longer to find, that's fair feedback and we hear you. Rosie, your AI Admin & Risk Assistant, is built for exactly that, so if you're not already leaning on her day to day, that's a great place to start. We'll also share this with our product team as we keep simplifying the platform.

Thanks again for taking the time to share this, Paola. We appreciate having you as a customer.

"Salus Pro has transformed our safety program and employee buy-in."
5/5
What do you like best about SALUS?

The user-friendliness of the system. All users have communicated how easy they find the system is to navigate and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SALUS?

It's not a dislike, but would recommend that they add more subcontractor management features such as an approval list where documents are also stored within each subcontractor with reminders for expiring or required documents for pre-approval processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Caitlin Liboiron of SALUS

Right on, Mike! Happy to hear that SALUS has helped your team achieve field-level adoption. Each piece of feedback we receive from our customers goes on to help us with future product updates, so we're always listening to your suggestions. Thanks for the review!

"It is the most powerful tool that we use."
5/5
What do you like best about SALUS?

In my opinion, this digital solution stands alone when it comes to creating a truly intuitive interface between people and safety information and data. It has helped make our company safer and keeps our staff better informed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SALUS?

Because it’s a relatively new product, there are still areas that are being developed. We integrate it with Procore, but our Workday integration for onboarding is still being refined. In my opinion, it should stay focused on its core model first and foremost: being a safety platform. It does have other functionality that can make it appealing for additional modules—such as equipment management, quality, and others—but I feel that time and energy would be better spent prioritizing its core solutions. Ultimately, its main goal should be to be the finest safety tool any firm can use, and I believe it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Julie Gunn of SALUS

Hi Ben, thank you for this. "Most powerful tool we use" is a high bar, and we don't take that lightly.

What you described, bridging the gap between field craft workers, the back office, and executive teams through bilingual training and communication, is operational safety at its best. That's the whole idea: safety information should move with the work, not sit apart from it, and it sounds like SALUS is doing that for your team.

On staying focused on the core safety model, we hear you, and it's a fair perspective. We'll make sure this reaches our product team, along with your note on Workday. Refining that integration is very much in progress, and feedback like yours helps us prioritize where to put our energy next.

Thanks again for taking the time to share this, Ben. We appreciate having you as a customer.

"Salus' AI-Powered Form Builder Makes Field Work Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about SALUS?

One of the most helpful things with Salus is that you can have all your forms readily available for your people in this field and to make those forms you can use the AI portion on the form builder or AI itself that Salus has been refining over probably the last year but over the last couple months it’s been extremely helpful in all different ways Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SALUS?

I honestly can’t think of an actual downside of Salus, maybe the only thing is that I haven’t been able to figure out nor have I asked if my instant form can correlate with my incident module rather than having to specifically add it in separately again, saying that I haven’t asked if that can be done or not Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Julie Gunn of SALUS

Jeff, thank you so much for taking the time to share this. It genuinely means a lot to the team.

What stood out most is exactly the kind of value we set out to deliver: turning what's happening on-site into intelligence the business can actually act on. The data collected in field flows straight up so supervisors and execs can see exactly what's going on, site by site or across the whole company, without chasing paperwork. Glad to hear our AI features as well as our digital assistant Rosie has been helpful with reports and audits too, we've been putting a lot of care into that.

Noted on the instant form and incident module correlation. We'll take a look.

Thanks again for being a SALUS customer and for such a thoughtful review, We appreciate you!

"Exceptional Customer Service and Fast Updates, Built for Field Ease of Use"
5/5
What do you like best about SALUS?

Salus has exceptional customer service and workers who are very close to their customers, gathering information to make meaningful improvements to their systems and meet their clients' needs and the needs of the work environments. The software is also very focused on ease of use for end users in the field, and this is where the greatest value is added to the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SALUS?

There isn’t much I don’t like about the system. Salus listens to customers and makes system updates very quickly based on feedback. Anything I didn’t like about the system in the past has since been resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Julie Gunn of SALUS

Hi Justin, reviews like this are the ones our team prints out and pins to the wall. Thank you.

What you called out about our people, staying close to customers and turning that feedback into real system improvements, is genuinely how we try to operate, so it means a lot to hear it's coming through. And the AI work you mentioned is really the engine behind crew level intelligence, giving you detailed reporting and prevention insight without the manual lift of exporting or building dashboards. That's operational safety in practice, embedding that intelligence into the daily flow of work instead of bolting it on after the fact.

We'll keep listening and keep moving fast. Thank you for being a customer, Justin, and for taking the time to write this.

"Streamlining Our Safety Program with SALUS"
5/5
What do you like best about SALUS?

One of the biggest benefits is the ability to quickly compile reports and monitor leading indicators, making it much easier to identify trends and improve our safety performance. The reporting features save a significant amount of time each month, and having everything in one place has improved our overall efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SALUS?

The workers have to be assigned to a site in order for their name to come up. And it would be really helpful if the app had an Admin section which gave us the same options in the field as at our computers. And it would be easier if we could upload messages and pictures to the inbox from our computer - currently we have to use the app on our phones to add announcements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Julie Gunn of SALUS

Thank you for the detailed review. This is a great example of operational safety in action, embedding leading indicators, corrective action, and reporting into the daily flow of work instead of treating it as separate paperwork. Glad the reporting features and having everything in one place have made monthly compiling, like your corrective action log, faster and helped you spot trends sooner.

On worker assignment, the admin section parity between field and desktop, and desktop uploads for announcements and images, that's fair feedback and we hear you. We've shared it with our product team, and we're always looking at ways to improve the platform, so closing that gap between field and desktop is exactly the kind of thing that makes the day to day easier for teams like yours.

Thanks again for taking the time to share this. We appreciate having you as a customer.

"User-Friendly SALUS That Keeps Improving—Rosie AI Is a Great Tool"
4/5
What do you like best about SALUS?

I find SALUS is always looking for ways to update their software, while making it user friendly. The team takes customer feedback seriously and does their best to integrate features to make usability better. SALUS recently rolled out their AI named Rosie which is a great tool! It's construction specific so you don't get random answers you didn't ask for, you can use it to build forms, get stats, and find deficiencies within your own program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SALUS?

I find SALUS is sometimes glitchy, which makes it difficult for user compliance and consistency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Salus makes it easy to use & their dashboards keep you informed."
4.5/5
What do you like best about SALUS?

I like that the dashboard is easy to see what is happening/has happened. I like how easy it is to use in the field, to fill out Hazard assessments, Inspections etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SALUS?

I don't like that our incident forms do not populate the incident tab, we have to re-write the incident summaries in the incident tab, to create data on them. I also think it is too easy to not use for our staff - adoption and diligence in using the software/forms is just as hard as before we started using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Julie Gunn of SALUS

Hi Andy, thank you for the great review. Real time visibility into what's happening and what's already happened in the field is at the core of what we're building, so it's great to hear the dashboard and field forms are delivering on that.

On the incident tab, that's fair feedback and we hear you. Corrective action and documentation should flow together, not create double entry, and we've shared this with our product team. On adoption, you're right that the software alone doesn't solve diligence, that still comes down to how it's built into daily habits on site. Happy to work with your team on ways to strengthen that if it'd help.

Thanks again for taking the time to share this, Andy. We appreciate having you as a customer.

"Fast, User-Friendly Safety Management with Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about SALUS?

What I love most about SALUS is how user friendly it is for the end users, you don't have to be tech savvy. It's concise and it visually looks good. I like how fast the program runs versus some of the other worthy rivals of SALUS, which are slower with lots of loading time, but this is instantaneously. It puts all of our safety programs and forms in one location and eliminates having to file paperwork in cardboard boxes. It gives us real time data of who is trained and who has signed off on what documents and who hasn't, and I can see who's designated on what equipment. I can get a snapshot of what's going on in each site from my desktop. Where it made a real difference is when we needed to see who was designated as excavator operators in that area for a last minute task and wanted to make sure they were certified, I was able to get all that information within a few seconds. We're also able to use the AI tool, Rosie, to help start the development of our work instructions for the day, as well as any relevant SWPs we need to review before we go to work. With Rosie you can ask for trends of what you're seeing from incidents, ask to find certain policies or rules within different documents, and see what areas we should focus on for inspections, and it pulls from your database to help point your people in the right direction. I think the customer service is fantastic. I like how when we have ideas we bring it to SALUS and they put it on their road map pretty quickly, versus other worthy rivals who say it's not in their road map. The people that work at SALUS are very personable, likable, and generally trying to give you a tool that helps you be successful in the industry. The initial setup was pretty easy, we had 10 companies switch over and we just did it one by one and rolled it out, and it was pretty seamless. There wasn't much of a learning curve for our folks, even the ones that weren't tech savvy. We recently did a poll and we have a 92% satisfaction across 600 employees. I use it with Power BI to generate more granular incident dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SALUS?

{"I would say what still needs to be improved is subcontractor onboarding.","It makes it more challenging to share forms if you're both SALUS users — there's more red tape and it's more challenging to work together."} Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Julie Gunn of SALUS

Steve, thank you for such a detailed and thoughtful review.

The excavator operator example says it all: turning what's happening across your sites into intelligence you can act on in seconds instead of digging through paperwork. That real time visibility into training, sign offs, and equipment designations from your desktop is exactly the outcome we're building toward. And it's fantastic to hear it holds up at scale, rolling out across 10 companies with a 92% satisfaction rate across 600 employees speaks for itself.

We're also glad Rosie has become part of the daily flow for work instructions, SWP reviews, and spotting incident trends, and that pairing it with Power BI is giving you even more granular dashboards. That kind of workflow is exactly why we keep investing in Rosie's development. Your comments on customer service and how quickly we move on roadmap ideas mean a lot too, that responsiveness is something we take real pride in.

Noted on subcontractor onboarding and form sharing between SALUS users. There's intentional design behind how that works today, but subcontractor management is a complex space, and it's one we'll continue to iterate on to make it more streamlined.

Thanks again for being a SALUS customer Steve and for taking the time to share this level of detail, It's feedback like yours that keeps us building in the right direction.

"Closed-Data AI Assistant That Strengthens Analytics and Compliance Docs"
5/5
What do you like best about SALUS?

The closed data AI assistant that works only with our own forms and documentation has been really helpful for analytics, compliance documentation improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SALUS?

Some functions that we feel should be available at the user admin level, can only be completed by the SALUS team. While they have been helpful and responsive, more direct control would be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Julie Gunn of SALUS

Hi Oscar, thank you for the thoughtful review. I'm glad our AI Admin & Risk Assistant has been useful for analytics and compliance work. Having direct insight into your crew level data, and being able to confirm required documentation is getting done and reviewed, is exactly what we want SALUS to deliver.

On direct control, we hear you. Often when a capability is new or has some special consideration, we have our team facilitate it directly, partly as a way to pilot how it's used before opening it up more broadly. But longer term, our goal is for our customers to be as self sufficient as possible, so this is exactly the kind of input that shapes what gets pushed to the admin level next. We try to be as thoughtful as possible in these kind of decisions.

Thanks again for taking the time to share this, Oscar. Our partnership means a lot to us, and thank you for sharing your feedback on everything we add to the platform.
