What do you like best about SalesPad?

I purchased SalesPad from Cavallo and it was the pivotal piece that resulted in us choosing our Microsoft ERP system. We were able to migrate from SAGE BusinessWorks to Microsoft Dynamics GP + SalesPad in just a couple months with no issues.

Their incredibly powerful real-time dashboards and workflow automation allowed me to integrate quickly and reimagine how my sales order processes functioned. I also purchased their Square payment processing module in SalesPad to further optimize and integrate card payments from our website and through our call center. Purchasing SalesPad was one of the best business decisions I made in my 30 years in distribution.

As of today, this business (LightBulbs.com) still thrives by utilizing Cavallo's intuitive take on distribution software. The entire call center (B2B sales reps + CSRs) have one of their two computer screens dedicated to SalesPad 100% of the time as it is such an integral part of business function. Cavallo truly understands how to create intuitive, easy-to-use and cutting edge interfaces for businesses, exposing opportunity to maximize profit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesPad?

It didn't solve every business issue I had (which software does?) -- I found the report writer somewhat cumbersome so we implemented other tools to handle our actual pick tickets, orders and invoice forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software is well-designed with a perfect balance of stability and flexibility. We can rely on the base features, and then build what we need to support our business processes. We are able to support custom needs as we on-board new divisions, and then drive them to our standardized workflows over time. SalesPad has allowed us to go-live quickly. Sometimes there are too many ways to handle an issue or build a solution within the customization options. We've had to backtrack on some ideas and take a different approach losing a bit of time. What do you like best about SalesPad?

SalesPad have been my companion for years to keep the track of the sales with complete and full on details with categorized and sub-categorized sections. The dashboard is extensively user-friendly and provides full on customization according to the needs and demands. What do you dislike about SalesPad?

EVERYTHING requires a customization. Initially quoted prices of customizations are never accurate, and they increase the price for even the slightest change to the original scope. If you are not extremely detailed in your requirements in the initial customization request or didn't know to include something that you assumed would be implied, they end up using that to justify longer lead times and higher costs.
