They are very responsive and they know what they're talking about. They've been doing this for some years, it sounds like.

**What do you dislike about SalesHawk?**

The dashboard could be a little bit better.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesHawk:**

I would definitely recommend trying them out. There are a tonne of lead gen companies out there that I get emails for every day. I suppose this one stood out for two reasons: 1. Because of the actual reviews on this site 2. Because they've been doing it for a long time one strange thing is they didn't have a sales call. Everything was done on email, which I thought was a little bit unusual but actually it was very very fast and we had a deal going honestly within the same week.

**What problems is SalesHawk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They helped us get leads when we were struggling ourselves to get leads through a variety of different methods that we were using, including SEO, PPC, and even cold calling in the past.

SalesHawk helped my company with brand outreach, customer acquisition as well as distribution. This process was very time consuming for me an I need a team that was reliable for me. Veronica and team are really helpful. It just takes out the stress of trying to find new business and the leads that have been delivered have been great.

I wouldn't say there is anything I dislike. If a problem arises they are available to try and work through it.
And they are also happy to update lead lists and listen to us when we want to change some direction.

As a startup, we reached out to Sales Hawk to help us generate new leads. Since we don’t currently have the infrastructure to bring on additional employees for business development, partnering with Sales Hawk was the ideal solution. So far, we’ve been very pleased with the quality of the leads they’ve delivered.

**What do you like best about SalesHawk?**

SalesHawk (speciafically Veronica) has been available, engaged, and figured out very quickly our business model. Which is complex. She listened, and promptly responded to our suggestions regarding changes in the messaging before we launched. I really feel the messaging that was created between us and her is what caught the attention of the client. It was exactly what we needed.

**What do you dislike about SalesHawk?**

There is no downside to getting new clients and using SalesHawk. None.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesHawk:**

If you think people don't read emails, they do. With AI, I can immediately identify an AI generated email. Our emails were written by SalesHawk and us together, therefore there was no confusion in the messaging. If you want to get new clients, and expand your vision, take a chance and try this. I was not thrilled when I was told I would be the primary contact to respond to the inquires, I thought "great, more emails". But in the first week I got two engagements, appointments, and have subsequently closed those deals. Now SalesHawk leads are my primary source of traffic and client engagement.

**What problems is SalesHawk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are new, and needed to identify a specific target audience. With a small sales staff, we needed outreach, and cold calling was not getting us any results. We THOUGHT we knew who needed our products, and we were right, but were not able to get to the decision makers.   The email campaign fine tuned our target. I have been getting about two engagements a week (which is A LOT), and thru the email campaign, our name is out in the industry. I have gotten more traction, with better people, and closed more deals in two months than we had been able to get in 9-10 months.

My advice to potential Saleshawk clients is to ensure that your sales process is finely tuned and ready to capitalize on the opportunities Saleshawk provides.  Better yet, Saleshawk gives you more calls so you get more chances at getting better at sales over time.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Saleshawk, and my experience was nothing short of remarkable. Their service was excellent, so I genuinely don't have any complaints. They're certainly experts at what they do, and after my team continues following up and figuring out what avenue makes sense for our company, I'll come back in touch with them!

My team was looking to vet a variety of product offerings and avenues we could pursue. Saleshawk did the full work of a Sales Development Representative, bringing new leads straight to my inbox with little effort on my part. During the middle of my campaign, I wanted to switch to an entirely different product offering and persona to target, and their team handled it all gracefully. Speed and efficiency. The team addressed questions and they were patient in getting us to understand the timeframe and the expectations. It seemed a little slow in the beginning but their work and attention to detail have only produced valuable fruit!

**What do you dislike about SalesHawk?**

The only thing that we could dislike were addressed in the early stages. We always want it as fast as we can get it but they are true pros in getting the campaigns done timely and with the best possible outcome. So, it was not necessarily a negative. We needed to curb our own enthusiasm.

There are a lot of options out there but few that I have discovered that take an approach to customer service as SalesHawk has. Most organizations are a little sterile and have little personality, SalesHawk's team is very much the opposite. Highly recommend!

SalesHawk was incredibly fast to get going; I think it was less than two weeks before they were delivering leads. Good quantity and quality of leads.

We were looking for a large volume of qualified leads, and SalesHawk delivered. The best part is how automated the process is. We conducted a detailed discovery call where SalesHawk asked about our goals. There was then mutual agreement about the plan, and SalesHawk took care of the rest.

SalesHawk is not the cheapest option in the marketplace. But leads are revenue-generating for my firm, so I evaluate these services based on value.

Saleshawk is on top of their game. They're responsiveness and open to feedback, respect suggestions and willing to provide their own feedback as they know email marketing campaigns. They over delivered in quantity of leads created. Our business grew - thanks to Nicky, Veronica, Mario and many more.

Our business/ product is niche - the creation of high volume number of leads and identifying the decision maker is equally as important as establishing a meeting to discuss deeper details. Appointment setting and further nurturing of leads would improve quality for our business needs.

Easy integration and quick start.  This program was seamless to the client, running in the background and producing powerful results.  The team was great, and communication was solid.

Everything with the program was great.  I will say clients of SalesHawk should be prepared to follow-up on leads quickly and effectively.  The volume of leads was almost too much for my client to handle.

Our partnership with SalesHawk worked better than expected.

Sales Hawk worked with us to prioritize segments, develop criteria for targeting and create messaging for email and LinkedIn. They then executed the program over three months through email and LinkedIn

Not a dislike.....in the beta test, we got a good number of leads and based on our criteria, they were good quality.  We struggled to convert and are working through changes to targeting, messaging and follow through so we can expand the program

SalesHawk provided great results with great service.  I've had issues with lead generation in the past, and at first I was concerned with the slow campaign, but everything turned out super well before I knew it. SalesHawk gave a very personalized experience -- I very much appreciated their high-trust, high-touch approach, which allowed them to learn SPECIFICALLY who I wanted to reach. And they made it happen! Found myself having lots of clients before I knew it, and their pricing was fairly affordable for what we received when closing our contracts.

**What do you like best about SalesHawk?**

Most helpful was their one on one strategy sessions -- they definitely seem to be industry veterans and can predict/pivot for potential problems before it even happens.. which is pretty uncommon for most lead generation companies.

**What do you dislike about SalesHawk?**

There is not much to dislike about their service, they're masters at email -- But I wish they did more than just email and LinkedIn. I wouldn't mind coming to them for any triage services and would hope they plan to add more services to their offering for any organizations that are looking to attack on all fronts

**What problems is SalesHawk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our startup has less than 20 employees, so our sales struggle to find the time to cold call/find actually qualified leads, especially for big venues with contacts that are hard to find. Saleshawk managed to create leadlists with all of the head decision makers and got us through the door much quicker than our typical process of finding a path of references.
