I paid to unlock hundreds of thousands of contact information; they removed it all and are not recovering it.

**What do you dislike about Sales.Rocks?**

They pulled the rug, removed all of the US data. I paid for it, never got to use it. They are refusing to provide me the data I paid for. This is a scam.

It was supposed to be helping with finding leads, but they decided to remove the data that I paid for.

**What do you like best about Sales.Rocks?**

I'm using Sales.Rocks because it checks the box for the following things which I need in my day to day work. I need business information and a lot of emails. Plus a way to setup an automation to the emails I get from the data source. I also need the ability to integrate into LinkedIn, and make everything work together. Sales.Rocks gives me a way to accomplish this.

**What do you dislike about Sales.Rocks?**

The application has a lot of features with basic functionalities, which work rather well like the email automation feature. But several areas still need improvement. I also don't think that Sales.Rocks has developed their LinkedIn automation process to the level of some of its competitors. So pretty much everything I like is there, but it's a work in progress.

**What problems is Sales.Rocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales.Rocks helps me find and contact leads for my web development business. Also, it's all under one roof. For example, let's say I want to outreach dentists in Queens, NY. I can do that with Sales.Rocks. The software allows you to center into specific industries, locations, etc.

I have been using Sales.Rocks for 2 weeks now and I am pleased with the results. It has made my sales process much easier and more efficient. The platform is easy to use and intuitive, and the customer support team is really helpful. I love the features such as Company & Contact Search and Image Personalization.

**What do you like best about Sales.Rocks?**

I recently used Sales.Rocks to find potential customers for my business and I'm really impressed with the results. The tool has a great filtering system so I could easily find companies that matched my criteria. The contact search feature made it easy to find the right decision-makers in those companies. Plus, I was able to use the platform to send automated outreach emails and messages on LinkedIn, which really saved me a lot of time. Overall, I highly recommend Sales.Rocks to anyone looking to grow their business!

Nothing as such as of now. Still trying out the other features, will drop an update if anything comes up.

Functionalities like contacts searching, email outreach, then email IDs warmup is inbuilt in the tool,on top of this they also have chrome extension, so we don't have to rely on the dashboard full time.

Data, accuracy, and the number of filters to create a targeted list are highly valuable. Previously, we used generic email list-building tools that made outreach more of a hit-or-miss. with sales.rocks, we are making smarter targeted audiences.

**What do you dislike about Sales.Rocks?**

I wish we were able to manage contact conversations within the tool. It would be great to have a direct integration to our CRM (or one within the tool) so we can keep the sales pipelines centralized without having to export data manually.

Finding leads with the correct filtered criteria has been beneficial to reduce our marketing efforts. We know in the first touch how to personalize our outreach because Sales.Rocks has so much data that we can create a customized list. We know we are speaking to the right contacts at the right company.

I like their Email Warmup service. Also, the UI/UX Part, How shows the Meter of Sending mails and its Deliverability. It feels like my car is running with proper fuel.

**What do you dislike about Sales.Rocks?**

I wouldn't say I like the limitation of the mail providers. Cause it only works with Zoho, Yahoo, G-suit, and Outlook. It also works with the SMTP server. But SMTP server tracking is not available. I think they should include tracking in this part. Otherwise, this software is a solid product, IMO.

Sales Rocks is a Cold Outreach Emailing Platform. So I tested other platforms like instantly, Murlist, and Some others. The Problem I faced with others was Warmup got disconnected after some days, and I had no chance to fix that mail until they set it by themselves by AI.

Warm up + their database. We have tried a warm up for 1 of our email accounts and it went very smoothly. Aslo Sales Rocks database is handy as it normally costs a lot of money. You don;t have to use another tool to scrape LinkedIn data. You can find some valuable contacts right in Sales Rocks.

Design of the app itself. So UX and UI. It could be more user friendly. I was so confused on the warmup dashboard about what all those metrics mean. They have different metrics in total for all email accounts and different stats on each email account but if you have just 1 it just doesn't match.

We have been looking for a cold email + leads enrichment tool for so long. Sales Rock does both. You can get valuable contacts setup automation and drip campaign and let it work.

One thing I love about Sales.Rocks is that the founder is very active on social media. He is available to respond to any questions you may have, and he is constantly working on improving his product. The platform integrates with Google Sheets and provides a lot of data all in one place. I can automatically send out personalized email outreach to leads in my pipeline.

What I dislike: (1) The UI needs improvements; (2) Integrations are mostly via Zapier; (3) Some contact information lacks emails.

The support team is careful. But, I am expecting a bit more from them. However, during writing this review I have just got an invitation to their Academy for free learning. Anyway, I am already a power user but I believe still I can explore many things. I hope they just built the CRM integrations a bit faster.

I was looking for something massive outbound prospecting software and I found this on Appsumo. Nothing to hide, we are a startup growth marketing agency. And, Sales.Rocks to me 
is an absolute alternative to Mailshake + Expandi.io + FindThatLead (or something like that). Kudos to the team.

I have been using sales.rocks for almost 1.5 years now. It amazes me that the product has grown tremendously and allows me to do prospection, email resolution, email validation, drip campaigns without leaving my window. It is quite a complete tool with an email warming up feature as well.

It is like the Iron Man of Marvel's Universe with all the features in one.

I think the database of the contacts, companies and emails can be increased but it is a situation where more is also less. Probably the chrome extension can be improved as well - it is kind of underutilised, in my understanding.

The AI content generation has been quite a hot topic in the market - I think this is something the team at sales.rocks should try to incorporate.

**What problems is Sales.Rocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outbound sales enablement - It is quite a big chunk of strategy that includes so many different pieces that need to fit in together for the system to work. The biggest benefit of sales.rocks is that it brings all the features in one place and as a user, I do not end up connecting different webhooks/APIs to make it work. Saves hassle and time.

I like the fact that Sales Rocks offers many features under the hood. From email warming to contact and company searches to drip campaigns and a few other features, they are on the right track as a one-stop-shop for email marketing.

I dislike the configuration process. It is not as intuitive as I would prefer it to be. Also, some of the search features for contacts and companies are out of date and confusing.

It has a LOT of promise. The data needs to be updated and the user interface can be more intuitive.

I did my research and tried out a lot of different tools for email marketing and automation. Then I saw Sales Rocks. I was blown away by how easy it was to set up and use. It provides automation for my campaigns so I never have to worry about forgetting to send out a follow-up email. It saves me a lot of time.

I am already happy, I wish they had integrations with other channels such as Instagram and Twitter. But no complaints, its already a great product and serves it purpose.

Sales.Rocks helps me do Sales! 

No, it's not your average sales enablement tool - it is that and more. It discovers people, companies that match your Ideal Customer Profile. It manages my Campaigns for a particular focus area or target group. It is an Email warmer ensuring that my emails do not g into the Spam Inbox but that they land where they need to - all the time.

It is my one-stop-shop for all my Discovery and Prospecting.

Highly recommended.

None that I have come across as yet. The product does what it promises to do. The menu can be a little confusing to navigate at times and I am sure this will be looked at in the future.

Sales.rock has the best email drip for cold outreach. I like their hyper personalised drip campaigns with automation of email and LinkedIn. Now our VA spend less time sending email and maintaining Excel. Use her quality time for research and sales closer.

Contact search is good for certain countries. Yet to have more contact data for APAC. Hope they will have them soon and looking forward to replace huner.io

We were spending a lot of time for hyper-personalization. We use to spend a lot time time going through LinkedIn for prospect details and draft emails to reach them. Once we send the first emails, we need to keep the Excel log for followup emails, calender reminders and send emails manually. Now with Sales.rock, we don't even do manual email warm-up. Our 85% of mundane tasks are taken care by Sales.rock and our team spend more time for sales closer.

There are three features I like best with Sales Rocks below:

1) Email Warm Up - helps make your emails land in the inbox.
2) Business Database - with over 120m contact profiles
3) Drip Campaign - allows you to create email campaigns with those contact profiles

In my opinion, it's the all-in-one sales engagement platform you can get.

Certain pages have little bugs. But I'm sure they'll address it in the future.

I like the data output that Sales.Rocks and the whole ecosystem to reach new clients in the same place. The accuracy and granularity of the data is important when reaching out new clients, and Sales.Rocks is great at it. The possibility to create drip campaigns out of the box and all other features for cold out reach are amazing. Finally, I really like the fact that integrates with other tools to enhance the experience and increase results. Top!

The UI is't so user-firiendly but it's a minor thing when the real value is in the deliverability and the data. Perhaps they need to change it a bit to ease the UX and since the UI doesn't really reflects the advancement of the tool.

SAles.rocks is a really flexible solution. I can search for contacts, enrich data and create personalized outreach campaigns using the platform.  I've been using sales.rocks to implement my highly targeted cold outreach campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Sales.Rocks?**

The search limits are quite small, but once you get to using the software and understand it, you don't need massive limits as the whole point is to be highly targeted with your messaging and personalized.

It's a great product that has a lot to offer. It's best suited to people who wan't to create quality outrach campaigns.

The biggest problem I have solved has been the targeting of my cold outreach campaigns. Sales.rocks has really helped in getting my campigns more targeted. This has resulted in high open and response rates and therefore, more sales overall. I feel less like a used car salesman and more like I am reaching out in a human way to my cold contacts.

Great tool for finding information for companies in the DACH area. Lots of great info for finding potential prospects. Also a large number of filters for better targeting potential clients. A huge plus for that.

It would be great if they also had contact data, to target potentials directly instead of looking up their contact info, but the good news is customer supports says they have it planned.

When I first started to use Sales.Rocks I actually though it was yet another software where they've had just pushed as many features in as possible for these kind of tool. There's a solid sompany search, contact search, email sequence, integrations and what they call sales toolkit. The sales toolkit is both an email verifier and a phone verifier. Very handy. And for the data I've tried it works really well.

What I like the most, despite all great features, the data it provides me. I know it depends on where you live. But for me (middle of Sweden), the data is solid. I have found some really nice leads which I wouldn't have found otherwise.

**What do you dislike about Sales.Rocks?**

The email sequence is still marked as beta and last time I tried it it was lacking auto save. I hope they put some extra effort in to the email sequence as it really could be worth it alone to pay for.

Finding new leads and not only being able to reach out to them, but as well verify their contact details. Once I found a hot lead it's a breeze to save it to any of the CRM integrations.

Did you ever have a swiss army knife that you loved. Bottle opener? Check. Tweezers? Check. Knife and miniature saw? You could do anything with that thing. You felt unstoppable. If you are in sales, Sales.Rocks is your new swiss army knife. I  love this tool. What used to take me four apps is wrapped up in one. I can hunt for leads with very well executed search functionality. I can take data I already have, drop it in Sales.Rocks, and get all the data I'm still missing. I can't even tell you how great it is to have nothing but a list of company names, and get that list enriched with contacts and job titles on the fly. Wait? What! It also runs email warmup for my whole team. Goodbye Lemlist! And it has advanced marketing automation tools to run my drip campaign. Yep. Did I mention I don't need my email verification tool anymore because email (and phone) verification is totally built in. Swiss. Army. Knife. Incredible.

I should add that the team has been super responsive, and took the time to walk me through my use case. So, for someone who basically never writes reviews, with the time Sales.Rocks has saved me, I wanted to take the time and do it.

**What do you dislike about Sales.Rocks?**

A chrome plugin is on their roadmap to grab contact data on the fly off of any website. One click and add all the contact info right into your list and right into your drip campaign. This sounds petty, but want this released yesterday.  They also have a new UI coming which drastically improves the current UI  (current one is good, but not great.)  I think this stuff is coming in the next month or two. I wish it were ready now. They also need to add more data for the U.S. The data they have now is good, but I want it to be omniscient-level great.

One thing my company does is execute cold outreach campaigns for B2B clients to introduce new products and services to potential partners/customers. One of the biggest paint points for a Startup or Small Business is having a good database of prospects. I've used other prospecting platforms in the past similar to Sales Rocks, but... oh boy, they are on another league. Having millions of records and been able to search for company or contacts in any niche or sector is a must, but once you got those records, been able to launch drip campaigns, verify the emails and even got the technological stack for every website in one tool is just everything a data processor could want it. Having use Sales Rocks for a few weeks, has been increasing our business because is so much easier to reach the decision makers. Lastly, the roadmap looks amazing... adding image hyper personalization and email warming would make Sales Rocks a must for our Sales team

I discovered Sales.Rocks on Appsumo. I've been searching for useful sales and prospecting tools for some time now, and I've decided to give this tool a try. After using it for a couple of days, these are the things that I like so far:

- Clean, simple and intuitive UI
- Complex and specific company and contact searches (for example you can target specific web technologies, such as sites running on Wordpress)
- Ability to send emails from within the platform
- Ability to save search filters for future prospecting
- Ability to verify email and phone numbers
- Relatively new and small company, which to me it means better  support

**What do you dislike about Sales.Rocks?**

- The tool can get slow at times, usually when doing a specific search or when you click to show details of a certain company/contact
- Not being able to exclude certain keywords from the search filters (you can either "contain" some specific search term, or "not contain" a specific search term, but you can't combine the two)
- The quality of the results is so-so, at least for my searches so far. I read that they'll be doing major updates to their databases in the future, so hopefully the quality will get better with time

I found out about Sales.Rocks on AppSumo, it caught my eye since it had pretty good offers, so I thought “Let’s give it a try!”. It seems one of the best purchases I’ve made! It’s truly an all in one platform, it includes everything I need: Finding all the leads I need from our target market, verifying email and phone numbers lists that we had from other data providers + setting up a whole sales campaign to reach out to our leads!
What I like a lot is that when setting up the Drip Campaign via the Email Sequences feature, we can upload leads that we have from previously + use the ones that we found on Sales.Rocks Platform. The choice of filters to search for our targeted data is great, they give you the opportunity to find the exact audience you’re looking for, very detailed search. Kudos to their Product Owner!

No major dislikes whatsoever! Just need some UI fixes that they are planning to role out - as told by them.

The business contact database has saved me a huge amount of valuable time sourcing for leads in my niche sector, I can search specifically what type of contact I need in a specific geographical area in just a few clicks, and I am good to go.
As we are building a brand new website with a new set of products and services, being able to reach out to appropiately sourced potential buyers has allowed me to build a solid list of pre-sales even before the new site goes live.

**What do you dislike about Sales.Rocks?**

Like most new tools it takes a bit of time to learn its full capability, the adoption curve took a bit of time, but that´s now been overcompensated with time saved. The platform isn´t just a "click and go" type of lead sourcing solution, it does require goiong through the tutorials and knowledgebase patiently. I wish it integrated with my CRM of choice directly, but I am hoping that becomes available in the coming months.

The platform does what it does very well, though its still growing each day/week by adding more industries and geographies. Before you sign up, reach out to their support team and ask them about your specific niche and what´s available to meet your goals and expectations.

Before I had to search through websites, directories and identify valid contacts manually, one by one. Now, I run a simple search with the parameters that I need, and I get confirmed valid business contacts that are aligned with my product. So it´s not like i am reaching out to contacts completely blind, the leads are mostly excellent and I am able to pitch to the right people.

What I like the most about Sales.Rock is its modern and intuitive interface that allows me to perform multiple tasks in a fairly simple and fast way, performing the initial configurations is a fairly simple task, with a few steps I can already use of this application without any inconvenience, the fact that I can organize in a much more didactic way the entire sales process of my company turns out to be a great point in its favor, since now I am able to have a greater domain of all existing processes throughout the sales process.

It gives me hundreds of results and I can sort them as required.

I like that it have cold emailing system as well. I am yet to discover that functionality but I what I hear from people who recommended this tool to me, it works great.

And one of the attraction is the drip campagin offcourse.

I’ve been using the Contact Search module for downloading direct data to certain
contacts of our target, and I really like the accuracy of the data, it is up-to-date. I’ve
been using a few similar tools for B2B lead generation, but I like how Sales.Rocks
has an interesting way of giving users access to the data. The filters are interesting
to use, very unique way of setting your targeted audience and give a wide range of

choices, which allows the search for our targeted audience to be very specific. Also,
with the subscription, all countries are available for downloading data, so I really like
that we are not limited to only one country.

I also checked the Email Verifier. Honestly, I didn’t think I would need something like
this, but it turned out that it can come in handy when we have a huge list of emails
and we are not sure whether some of them work or not, so we are just wasting time
on contacting all of them. The Email Verifier helped us remove the non-working
emails and shorten our working troubles.

Looking forward to the Search by Company Name and the Email Sequences
fetaures, might also be handy in near future for us.

I was a bit confused with the NACE codes at the beginning, but I had assistance
from Sales.Rocks support, all good now.

This is a great tool for exploring new leads to turn into customers.

I like a few things as follows:
- The filtering mechanism they built is user friendly and accurate
- The third party integrations (MailChimp, Google Sheets) is very useful and hassle free to setup
- The email and phone verifier is accurate (these two tools ensure that the email/phone you have is in fact correct)
- The data can be exported to csv or Google Sheets
- You can setup your email provider (like gmail or outlook) and send email through Sales Rocks

**What do you dislike about Sales.Rocks?**

At the moment, their North American database is not fully populated. As with any tool branching to new markets, I am assuming this will be soon solved!

I suggest you learn all the tools they offer, do not just use the Company Search/Contact Search tool. Try and learn how to use the Sales Toolkit etc, as all these tools tied together is what makes Sales Rocks so powerful.

As a development and marketing agency, we need to continuously find new clients for ourselves and our clients. This tool has been bang on, we are able to find clients in the niche we are trying to grow in. For instance, if we have a sale on Restaurant Web Development and Marketing, we just search for Restaurants in a given area and get all the emails/phone numbers of people to reach. 
It is a similar case for when a client says they need to talk to someone at X Company.

We were looking for a tool that would help us enrich our company data lists. To be more clear, we have lists with Companies’ names and websites, but we’re missing a direct contact to certain decision makers that we’d like to contact from these companies. Sales.Rocks offers this Bulk Enrichment tool which helped us a lot, by offering up-to-date direct data.

We also like that they have the Contact Search to download even more prospects from companies we didn’t initially have on our lists. The search here is very specific, as we are allowed to search by job title, department or company hierarchy, which makes our job much easier.

Looking forward to the new feature – Email Sequences, might help us a lot to set up our sales campaigns at one place. Looks promising!
