
The sales candidate assessment identifies the competencies that a candidate has relating to different aspects of the sales process. It is the only sales assessment tool that accurately predicts the success of a sales person. It measures the will to sell and the four parts that make up the "will to sell", which are desire, commitment, outlook and responsibility. Knowing whether a candidate has these characteristics is so important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only feedback that we have had from clients is that some of the questions are very American. This can put candidates off. This means that we have to be very clear about the language used in some of the questions. This hasn't been a huge barrier to our clients using the tool.
