**What do you like best about Sales Ask?**

The transcription is fantastic even when we're on a noisy roof. Coach Dean caught our reps missing key questions about insurance deductibles. The mobile app is so simple for our guys to use right after a roof inspection.

**What do you dislike about Sales Ask?**

It took a week for our old-school sales lead to get fully on board. We had a small issue with the app draining phone battery. The initial setup required a bit of our time to customize the scorecards.

We were losing lucrative restoration jobs and didn't know why. Now we can hear exactly how top reps explain the insurance process versus the newer guys. This has helped us train everyone to guide the homeowner confidently, boosting our conversion on big storm claims.

The ability to capture the homeowner's emotional state after a storm is key. The notes on "tone" helped one of our reps sound more empathetic and less rushed. It's the best tool for holding sales reps accountable to the process we trained.

The subscription cost gave me pause, but the ROI was clear after two months. We had to upgrade our phone data plans. The analysis can take few minutes to process, which tests our patience sometimes.

The virtual ride-along lets me ensure my brand is represented perfectly. The "missed question" alert is crucial for uncovering hidden client concerns. It provides an unbiased record of what was promised, which is golden.

It requires discipline to make review sessions a consistent habit. The platform is more powerful than we currently need, but we're growing into it. We haven't found a use for the export insights feature yet.

Getting the team to consistently start the recording was a hurdle at first. The analytics dashboard has a learning curve. We experienced a brief login issue after an app update.

The conversation analytics show us who is effectively upselling IAQ products. The practice sessions for handling price objections are incredibly realistic. It helps our managers coach based on data, not just feelings.

The user interface could be a bit more modern and intuitive. We had a minor syncing issue with our CRM that support fixed. It requires a culture shift to get everyone to embrace being recorded.

The software is surprisingly affordable for a small business like ours. The feedback on "clarity" has helped our techs explain complex problems simply. It documents the entire customer interaction, which is great for liability.

The audio can be muffled if the phone is in a toolbelt. The AI sometimes suggests generic next steps that aren't relevant. I wish customer support was available on weekends.

Our technicians are great plumbers but were hesitant to recommend necessary additional service. The practice roleplays built their confidence, and now they comfortably suggest water heaters or filtration systems. This has significantly increased our average job value.
