Actually your solution provide us more information and analytics that we haven't explored and review, we will do more gradually. And your university and webinars are great, I have participated in a couple and get some answers for doubts about using the tool. The EAM, it´s very easy to configure, and it help us every time that we have and emergency in the businness. **What do you dislike about SailPoint?** Your support, now a days, I still have a couple of open incidents without solution and nobody has answered my calls. I guess that your priority has to be other than help your clients. We didn´t have a SOD, and with ERP Maestro we are sure that we get a complete answer to asure to our company a minimun risk. The conflict reports are not so easy to understand for users who do not have a technical profile. On some occasions, access was not properly granted in secure provisioning, but that has also improved a lot and we almost no longer have incidents in that regard. **Recommendations to others considering SailPoint:** I highly recommend it because it is a tool that is easy to implement and use, delivering results in a very short time. **What problems is SailPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have implemented a more suitable secure provisioning process according to the company's policies. We use this as our main ticketing software when users are requesting access accounts to our electronic medical records system we manage and Sailpoint allows us to track, document in and resolve these ticket requests with ease. We are also able to communicate with users within Sailpoint and collect the necessary information in order to build out these accounts within our system. **What do you dislike about SailPoint?** Sometimes it is a little challenging to navigate and decipher the messages coming and and how to read and route accordingly. The messages are organized by various lines and it is challenging to determine the correct information to collect to then build out our user accounts. The coding for the documentation is a bit abstract. Perhaps it could be organized better. **Recommendations to others considering SailPoint:** Make sure your coding system of how documentation should be entered and collected is very clear because otherwise it will be challenging to figure out what data needs to be carried over from Sailpoint into the system you are collecting the data for. **What problems is SailPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use this as our main ticketing software when users are requesting access accounts to our electronic medical records system we manage and Sailpoint allows us to track, document in and resolve these ticket requests with ease. ### 8. Its simple deployment gets you up and running in minutes. User-friendly interface, multiple reporting methods, onscreen queries, audit friendly reports and logs, EAM module is simplified and easy to maintain, on-screen dashboards, digitally signed exported documents for auditors, User Review module, and their customer support team is very helpful. **What do you dislike about SailPoint?** There isn't much i dislike about the tool, I use it multiple times of the day. **What problems is SailPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** The EAM module was what we started with; before ERP Maestro, our process was very manual, and it became unmanageable to comply with the audit requirements. The EAM process was simplified and has made our audit process for Firefighter access a breeze. We purchased the Access Reviewer module recently, and it has reduced the amount of reporting time more than half. We went from a very manual User Access Review process, that would take 1-2 months to complete. Now that we use Access reviewer, the process can be completed quickly and electronically. We also are using the SOD module and What-if scenarios. The rule book provided is in-depth and easy to update. ### 9. It is worth the wait to get it live. It seemed to slow down our system at the time but am sure it has been upgraded by now. **Recommendations to others considering SailPoint:** It is cost effective and easy to implement. It did slow down my system but that was over a year ago. Need to implement and get running again. **What problems is SailPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Better security and easier access. With the recent GA, the solution seem to have responsive UI across all digital medium such as telephone, tab, desktop, laptop. **What do you dislike about SailPoint?** Does require heavy customization/development on business use cases. Require code level of knowledge to troubleshoot or debug issues. Missing administrative interface for some of the configuration, as it requires changes elsewhere in the product.At times missing or unclear product documentation. **Recommendations to others considering SailPoint:** As the product continue to evolve I'm more positive that IdentityIQ will be a big player in the market over the coming years in the IGA space. **What problems is SailPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps customers to meet the identity and access governance thru compliance module by means of automation. With evolving cyber security challenges against IGA, SailPoint identityIQ stands best competitor in the market. Techies who were using Sun Identity Manager(Oracle Waveset) will appreciate and ease of coding used in the product. ### 36.
