What do you dislike about SailPoint?

High cost, lack in customization, issues resolution so slow and most of the times gets closed without resolutions, and customer idea portal has Bigggggggg backlog.

Very slow support, keep asking useless questions and tries to move most of the solution to Expert services Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
