Comprehensive Identity Management, But Needs Simpler UI

I like that SailPoint automates access management and reduces manual work. The access review process is easy to manage and helps improve security. It provides good visibility into who has access across the organization. I also appreciate the segregation of duty policies and the JML process. Integrating applications with SailPoint is made easier with the help of agents.

Solid identity management with room for improvement

I find the reliable management of identities and the lifecycle by SailPoint really good. There are virtually no system outages, which ensures a very stable Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) system. The integration of additional applications is not necessarily easy. After the depreciation, only maintenance costs remain due to the purchase licenses. Thus, it is a cost-effective software product. The product support from SailPoint is good. Support requests are responded to quickly.
