Sageworks seemed easier than submitting a paper application form if the portal worked. Also it would be nice to avoid emailing many documents to our loan officer in separate messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
The webpage is frozen and I cannot finish my application. Also you cannot preview the questions to prepare content for quick entry into the web portal.
There is no tech support or even an FAQ. There are 3 links on the page to generic security documentation, but no way to contact or receive support. If I did not trust this bank I would think it was a fake portal hastily created to appear legitimate.
Also the email that the loan officer sent the original notice to was different than the email needed to log into the account. After creating a username I was unable to fill out the loan application. This required tracking down the board of director's email address and logging in with his email in the Sageworks system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
