Support can be slow depending on the team you need and how many team members that team has. Being able to pivot quickly to their customer's needs often appears to be more important to them than ensuring they have thoughtfully considered their approach and the necessary support needs. Instead of multiple channels for collecting loan documentation, we now have a single system to streamline that process. Additionally, we have been able to move away from paper loan applications to an online version with very little effort due to Abrigo's commitment to building an easy-to-use tool for creating a client-facing application. The ease of working with our Abrigo team members has been superior. We started with the Credit Analysis features with our teams. Our experience is a true partnership to accomplish our needs with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in tracking Activities and Opportunities for Prospects and Customers. The Loan Application and Workflow (Checklists) processes allow our teams to work through steps and compliance needs. The Document Library and Client Portal are areas to work with clients with security and ease. We use the third-party features of Personal Credit Reports, Business Credit Reports, and Adobe e-Sign, which our teams find to enhance their processes. We also utilize the HMDA utility for compliance reporting. We just added our Tickler system to Abrigo and are delighted with the results. Sometimes the delay in getting data into Reports finds some lag time, e.g., Business Credit Reports data. Abrigo resolved this in November 2021. The restriction of updating data fields in Customer and Loan records without making a User Defined field in another tab does not always flow for complete information.
