I really value the cross-module functionality and Abrigo’s collaboration with customers to deliver relevant enhancements. We use the loan origination modules from application to servicing and the efficiencies we've gained have empowered our organization. We strive to incorporate as many modules and third party integrations to streamline data and allow our users to have the time to focus on decision making and analysis instead of data entry.
Abrigo also recognizes that, even as they continue to make improvements, some institutions don’t always take full advantage of those enhancements right away. Having a team that advises us on the best ways to use the platform has further streamlined our processes and strengthened the efficiencies we’re seeing.
Lastly, I am a fan of the updated approach Abrigo has been taking for enhancements by rolling out beta features and allowing feedback. It enables us to see the vision Abrigo has, get used to the potential changes and develop a plan to roll-out to users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Getting buy-in from all users can be challenging. While Sageworks offers a variety of training options, we’ve found that it still takes a dedicated individual to consistently drive adoption and keep the momentum going across the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
