At times, there seems to be a disconnect between what is possible today, what is close on the radar and what is completely ready for market. However, the employees are excellent! The workflow and Advanced Reporting modules are my absolute favorite. Workflows can provide information as to where processes may need to be improved due to bottlenecking and also used as a resource to ensure all due diligence as well as compliance musts are followed. We use Advanced Reporting to create exception reports that are utilized by the entire lending staff including management. The Relationship management module can be difficult to maintain only because the options the user has to create a group are vast and everyone seems to do it differently which can result in reporting inefficiencies down the line. However, we have not been using that to the fullest extent. Also worth mentioning is the amount of modules and well-integrated 3rd party software to complement to suite.
