**What do you like best about Sageflo Archiver?**

Archiver is such a helpful tool in this dynamic and personalized email marketing world we live in. When sending out an email that is highly dynamic and personalized with this tool you are able to see exactly what was sent to a specific guest. This can help in many ways such as for Customer Services teams when chatting with customers on the phone and being able to see what the guest received, from a Marketing standpoint being able to ensure that the dynamic content you have tested and QA'd has indeed been sent correctly to the guest.

**What do you dislike about Sageflo Archiver?**

Can't think of any dislikes at this time.

**What problems is Sageflo Archiver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer Services Specialists are able to check if a customer is opted into receive email or not, if the user is undeliverable or deliverable and most importantly it allows them to see exactly what the customer received and to better speak to that content.
