It can feel a little rigid in places with its rules. We struggled with a few more unusual holiday allocations for some of our international team members, and unfortunately the support team wasn’t able to assist. It's simple and intuitive. The tabs and screens are easy to navigate. There's no complex configuration or set-up required at the start. It is also really easy to bulk-upload and maintain data day to day.

Managers use it readily (which is a result in its own right when it comes to introducing HR systems to a workplace!)

We also find our remote workers who access it on their phones find it easy to use on the mobile view.

The customer service we get is fantastic. The team are responsive - give us a reply from the helpdesk within a couple of hours (sometimes minutes!). They are all so helpful and always offer to put forward ideas to their development team if the system doesn't do something we've asked about.

I've implemented a lot of systems in my time in HR and this is hands down the easiest, best system I've used - over and above some other incredibly expensive ones. I'm just so pleased we found Citrus - it's been an absolutely game-changer for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasionally we come across something the system doesn't do - but it's rare and there is always a work-around. Citrus is easy to use, both for mansgers and employees, and has lots of great features. We particularly like managing holiday and sickness absence through Citrus, it makes it so easy to keep track of where everyone is each day!

We were disappointed when we realised Citrus didn't auto-add public holidays in calendars of teammates living outside of the UK, but I believe the team have recently introduced this function which we're thrilled about!

The exceptional speedy response to queries. No matter how small or big the question is, the team immediately jumps on it with urgency. The team have supported my company through lots of HR changes, and we have worked with many agents, and they are all very friendly, professional and genuinely feel like they are an extension of our company.
