The dashboard is clean and intuitive, everything is at where they are. Its easy to navigate. The way to see everyone's holiday is very clear

Citrus is easy to use, both for mansgers and employees, and has lots of great features. We particularly like managing holiday and sickness absence through Citrus, it makes it so easy to keep track of where everyone is each day! Also, the Citrus support team are incredibly helpful and quick to respond to queries.

It's simple and intuitive. The tabs and screens are easy to navigate. There's no complex configuration or set-up required at the start. It is also really easy to bulk-upload and maintain data day to day. Managers use it readily (which is a result in its own right when it comes to introducing HR systems to a workplace!) We also find our remote workers who access it on their phones find it easy to use on the mobile view. The customer service we get is fantastic. The team are responsive - give us a reply from the helpdesk within a couple of hours (sometimes minutes!). They are all so helpful and always offer to put forward ideas to their development team if the system doesn't do something we've asked about. I've implemented a lot of systems in my time in HR and this is hands down the easiest, best system I've used - over and above some other incredibly expensive ones. I'm just so pleased we found Citrus - it's been an absolutely game-changer for us.
