I use Rubrik Cloud Vault to keep backups of my data and protect myself from ransomware. I find their product quality top-notch. I find high availability with Rubrik, and also their support system is really good. I think the UX can use some improvement. Sometimes I find glitches in the dashboard or latency in UI reflecting latest changes. I find Rubrik to be a solid performer for cloud and on-prem backups, and it's simple enough to implement. Its management, especially with Rubrik Security Cloud, is straightforward once learned. I really like Rubrik's ransomware defense because it lets us set a baseline and comes with a warranty that instills confidence. Additionally, its strong backup capabilities are crucial for us in preventing ransomware attacks.
