I like Rubrik's simple UI with a modern feel compared to other backup tools like Veeam. I haven't used it deeply yet since we aren't using it in prod yet, my eyes have mostly been on things that we already look for in general. But looks like some configs, and license-pricing aren't very clear and needs a bit of studying I guess. I don't have any specific suggestions since I haven't evaluated enough. It provide simplicity, reliability, and excellent performance in backup and recovery task. Its UI is very clean and user friendly make it easy to manage backups, monitor jobs, and restore workloads. Routine administrative tasks are straightforward and saves time for IT teams.

Its major advantage is its integration with cloud platforms and enterprise applications which allow centralized management across hybrid infra.

In terms of pricing and ROI, automation and reduced administrative task overhead help justify the investment by lowering operational effort and improving resilience. Its another positive side is its support team responsiveness is excellent and onboarding experience which is very smooth.

I really like how Rubrik is very responsive to issues, troubleshooting, and fixing bugs. The support team is incredibly attentive, and they show how open Rubrik is to feedback. Documentation is sometimes too simplified when it's a complex implementation. Instances like integrating exocompute or using both Bond 1 and bond 0 for data, it doesn't detail certain outside requirements or how to verify both bonds are running 10gb. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Rubrik for backup and disaster recovery, and it's really keeping data secure and easy to restore when needed. I use Rubrik to run our internal data protection team and protect many objects within our environment. It acts as our security tool for backups and ensures we can restore if needed. I appreciate the ability to revert back to an older version and restore any object if deleted. Support and the dashboard itself are great; having one central location where I can see everything is nice. I love the UI and am a big fan of how everything is laid out. I think NAS Cloud Direct can be upgraded and be soon integrated within the RSC. I am not a big fan of the minimal SLA configuration you can set on them. Maybe we can use more reporting options? Exporting would be a nice touch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
