We can build in step by step instructions with visuals for our less experienced team members, while the experienced team members can easily bypass the tutorials. Techs can have as much or as little guidance as they need at their fingertips. **What do you dislike about ROO.AI?** We were an initial customer in the O&G segment and it took some time and effort for us to work together and build out some usability for our use case. However, we knew this going in and were prepared for it. **What problems is ROO.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Roo.ai is giving us consistent maintenance processes as well as documentation trails for our customers. When equipment is damaged on site, it is brought back for repair and our customers want to see the evidence of the repairs we are making and charging them. Roo.ai allows us to store digital evidence every step of the way. ### 2. Additionally, the support team is a standout feature; they are readily available, quick to respond and resolve any issues, particularly after updates. This quick resolution prevents errors, bugs, and problems from lingering, which is a huge relief for our administration team and staff, allowing for fewer interruptions and optimized operations. The support team also values our feedback and suggestions, helping refine our ideas and accomplish our specific goals with ROO.AI. Their level of service is unparalleled compared to what we have experienced with any other service or product before. Moreover, their proactive approach in optimizing features, such as adding new filters for asset management trends, workflows, and work orders, alongside customized regions for different departments and priority tiers, significantly improves our accuracy and efficiency. **What do you dislike about ROO.AI?** The only thing that took some getting used to was not being able to directly manage the inspections (workflows). We were used to creating, editing and uploading them ourselves. So not being able to see them on the back end felt weird to some people on the team at first and maybe a bit frustrating. But as time went on and we worked with the support team we have found it's not really necessary for us to have our hands directly on that aspect of the system. **What problems is ROO.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use ROO.AI for inspections, trends, and asset management, benefiting from its easy UI and supportive team that resolves issues quickly, minimizing disruptions and enhancing operational efficiency. ### 3. I would have to say how easy it is to use. All the great features it has. Not to mention the significant updates that the team does when you least expected. They make it so easy for our employees to learn new processes and for our management team to be able to keep up with our employees. I love how they listen to the customer and do everything possible to make things happen. **What do you dislike about ROO.AI?** Since they are relatively new, there are a few bugs here and there. Once you mention it to them, they tend to get it fixed right away. I would love to see a faster implementation of workflows when submitted. Maybe cut the implementation process in half the time they take now. I'm sure they'll get there. **What problems is ROO.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having the team follow the same steps on every SOP. Also, being able to keep an accurate inventory of all things used company-wide, office supplies. Warehouse supplies etc. ### 5. The website is very efficient, and I can see the potential of what the site can do growing. I like how you can edit the status and have users following steps in specific order before they can move on, as well as mark what the completion status is. **What do you dislike about ROO.AI?** As the website is still fairly new, the team is working on implementing various new features. They're not perfected yet, but I'm sure with time and feedback they'll be able to perfect these functions. **What problems is ROO.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have many assets across several websites that require photos, condition reports, status updates, etc. Roo.ai helps solve the issue of keeping track, organizing these assets and supplying helpful instructions to our users on what exact type of photos we are looking for. It's also easy for our users to go online and look at list of assets in one place, rather than look through several reports to find out what needs photos or updates. ### 6. The team was able to accommodate our requests and implement changes very quickly once we determined what needed to happen **What do you dislike about ROO.AI?** We are still working through some of the usability functions on the desktop side of the application, but they are coming along with use and familiarity. We hope to integrate the ROO.AI app to some of our other systems, but the delay seems to be from those other software suppliers. **What problems is ROO.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** This application helps us generate a specific desired outcome used across several locations. Each of our stores is able to generate identical reports to the others. The data from all of these locations is gathered to a central protal for ease of use by administration and remote staff. ### 7.
