What do you like best about ROO.AI?

Roo.ai allows our maintenance team to perform their work accurately and repeatedly. We can build in step by step instructions with visuals for our less experienced team members, while the experienced team members can easily bypass the tutorials. What do you dislike about ROO.AI?

What do you like best about ROO.AI?

I greatly appreciate ROO.AI for its easy and intuitive user interface, which is extremely user-friendly and offers customizable options where they are needed. The experience is responsive and fluid, with no long wait times for pages to load, making it very easy to navigate and find what I am looking for. Additionally, the support team is a standout feature; they are readily available, quick to respond and resolve any issues, particularly after updates. This quick resolution prevents errors, bugs, and problems from lingering, which is a huge relief for our administration team and staff, allowing for fewer interruptions and optimized operations. The support team also values our feedback and suggestions, helping refine our ideas and accomplish our specific goals with ROO.AI. Their level of service is unparalleled compared to what we have experienced with any other service or product before. Moreover, their proactive approach in optimizing features, such as adding new filters for asset management trends, workflows, and work orders, alongside customized regions for different departments and priority tiers, significantly improves our accuracy and efficiency. What do you dislike about ROO.AI?

The only thing that took some getting used to was not being able to directly manage the inspections (workflows). We were used to creating, editing and uploading them ourselves. So not being able to see them on the back end felt weird to some people on the team at first and maybe a bit frustrating. But as time went on and we worked with the support team we have found it's not really necessary for us to have our hands directly on that aspect of the system. What do you like best about ROO.AI?

Where to start? I would have to say how easy it is to use. All the great features it has. Not to mention the significant updates that the team does when you least expected. They make it so easy for our employees to learn new processes and for our management team to be able to keep up with our employees. What do you dislike about ROO.AI?

Since they are relatively new, there are a few bugs here and there. Once you mention it to them, they tend to get it fixed right away. I would love to see a faster implementation of workflows when submitted. Maybe cut the implementation process in half the time they take now. I'm sure they'll get there. What do you like best about ROO.AI?

Support representatives are very helpful and quick to reply. The website is very efficient, and I can see the potential of what the site can do growing. What do you dislike about ROO.AI?

What do you like best about ROO.AI?

The greatest thing about ROO.AI is the ability to customize the app to meet our specific needs. The team was able to accommodate our requests and implement changes very quickly once we determined what needed to happen Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ROO.AI?

We are still working through some of the usability functions on the desktop side of the application, but they are coming along with use and familiarity. What do you like best about ROO.AI?

ROO is a great product. We at Lexus of Las Vegas use it as a digital check-in and appointment list. The video walk-around is a great tool. Moises Salabarria and his team are incredible. They've been able to tweak and tailor the system to our every need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
