  ### 1. Robin is a great room display software

**What do you like best about Robin?**

I link how simple and easy robin is to use. It takes about 10mins to get it up and running. Very easy and great to use. I like that it's all web based and the iPads work great.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

Sometimes they break the Office 365 link, which is bad, but they fix it pretty fast.

**Recommendations to others considering Robin:**

Robin is easy to use and setup, just make sure you setup the Office 365 settings right.

**What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Room availability and quick meetings. We have them on all of our rooms in the office.

**What do you like best about Robin?**

It just works.  Once configured, we really don't think about it.  I can't even recall the last time we had to login to the admin console.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

The app/iPad seems to struggle to recover from losing a wireless connection.  It would be great if the system alerted us when a device goes offline (maybe it does, and I just haven't seen the option).

**Recommendations to others considering Robin:**

Set It and Forget It - a wonderful thing...

**What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Users benefit from visual indicators if a room is booked/available, along with the ability to book the room while away from a computer.

**What do you like best about Robin?**

Robin makes it really convenient to schedule meetings and look for available meeting/conference rooms. It's easy and intuitive to use and seamlessly integrates with the Microsoft Outlook calendar. Because it's also hooked up to the iPads outside our meeting rooms, it's convenient to book right there when you need to grab a quick meeting or phone call. 

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

An interactive map would be useful so that you can see at a glance which rooms are taken and where they're located. I'm not sure if my company just doesn't use this feature or if I can't locate it. 

**What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time and resource efficiency when trying to find available meeting rooms quickly and coordinating it with others.

**What do you like best about Robin?**

The customer support is excellent. Robin's team has been helpful anytime I've had a question.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

Robin could improve by allowing users to login through the "kiosk" to schedule appointments right there on the tablet that displays the room availability.

**What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to schedule our conference room with two main benefits: users are able to know when to schedule meetings based on availability & they do  not have to be in the office to check the schedule, and our admin team is able to look back on room usage + who has been using it.

**What do you like best about Robin?**

It updates on real time, has really helped to manage double booking rooms. It also integrates with our Microsoft calendar seemlessly. 

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

You have to go to the platform, login, and search for available rooms. The integration with Microsoft doesn’t allow for looking at a calendar of when the room is booked. It only shows if it is available for the selected time slot. 

**What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Robin provides conference room booking management. If the platform offers other business solutions, I am not aware of them.

**What do you like best about Robin?**

I like that you can view pictures of the meeting rooms, and that it displays how many people each room can accommodate. I also like that you can include a description of what utilities each room has to offer, and that it integrates with outlook.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

There has been a few double booking incidents. Each person receives a confirmation email that the room is booked for them.

not all meeting rooms are connected to the system. People use the room without blocking them via the system

Better occupancy rate of our internal meeting rooms.

It is easy breezy to schedule with Robin!

There is a free trial, but after you have to pay a fee to use this software.

If you are working on time management in your business, consider using Robin!

Solving is not the right word, but im managing my time better!

**What do you like best about Robin?**

The best part of Robin is the built in check in system, which we use on tablets for each conference room. The color coding (free, meeting starting soon, meeting in progress) is extremely useful to find a free room at a glance. It is easy to book a meeting in advance and grab a room as-needed.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

There have been instances when a room has somehow been double booked. Pretty rare, but a pain when it happens.

**What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Robin makes the day to day a lot easier. We use Robin to schedule meetings and find a room quickly and efficiently. With a great user experience, everyone is on board to use Robin.

**What do you like best about Robin?**

I like that I can see pictures of the rooms I'm booking. When you're new at a company and planning a lot of meetings, this is particularly helpful.

It's also (relatively) easily integrated with Outlook.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

I'd like an app on my phone that I can use to check in.

**What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Robin helps me save time on administrative tasks to focus on my actual work.
