**What do you like best about Robin?**

Robin's most helpful feature is that I can reserve a desk in all offices of my company regardless of the city/country they are located in. I can see the desk location, who will be in the office that day, and the available meeting rooms.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

Sometimes, the Web App shows that the office is closed on a business day. I need to reload the page in order to see and reserve the available desks.

**What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to work from different sites of the company and plan my working location way ahead.

**What do you like best about Robin?**

I use to book my desk each week. I love the Ease of Use and interactive floorplan so I can select the location I want. I love seeing who else is going to be in the office that same day.  It takes seconds to book and then I add it to my calendar as a reminder of when I plan on going in and what desk I have booked.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

I cannot think of anything I dislike at this time. It is super simple to use. I have used both desktop and mobile app, no complaints. Fits my needs and functions efficiently.

Easy and intuitive to book desks, meeting rooms and check into the office.

**What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great for Hybrid employees. I can quickly select my desk and see if my other teammates will be in the office.  I then add it to my calendar as a reminder of office days.

Robin's interface is beautiful, precise and understandable... it doesn't take long to understand what to do and do it! also the mobile app works very well!

When we were able to return to the offices after the pandemic, Robin began to be used to reserve the position before going to the office, we still do it and it is a very useful tool to control the number of people who can be there at the same time.

**What do you like best about Robin?**

Love how easy it is to book a room when going to the office using Robin, I can see the open seats and book within seconds. Also love that it gives you a reminder the day before you are supposed to go to the office. The look and feel of the booking system is great too, no hurdles to jump.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

Honestly, I don't believe there is anything I dislike so far, based on all the features i have used so far, I genuinely have no complaints. Love everything about it so far.

**What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is great that I can see which tables are booked and see who will be sitting next to me. I can now book seats based on where I see my colleagues/freinds sitting.

**What do you like best about Robin?**

The app is very intuitive and I love the ease of access/seeing where all my colleagues sit. I love the fact that I can reserve for multiple days at a time when I like the seat I'm in.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

Sometimes it glitches. I don't like having to check in all the time or the reminders via email, although I understand why it's necessary. I just feel spammed sometimes.

It's solving the issue of not knowing what desks are available in the office before I come into the office. It's solving the issue of not knowing who's in the office and where my teammates sit.

**What do you like best about Robin?**

It's easy to see my office at a glance, book a workstation, see where and when my team will be in the office, and plan my week or month around them. Plus, it adds a layer of organization to our meeting and conference room booking system that didn't previously exist. I don't know how we lived without that booking element!

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

As an end user, there haven't been many issues. Occasionally, I have to re-verify my login or it thinks I need to sign up, but it's usually a one-button fix. No real complaints.

**What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a huge organizational help to simply have this software at the palm of my hands on my mobile device, but it's super conveniently available on desktop as well and integrates with Gmail, Slack, and other software we use daily.

It is súper easy and intuitive. Also, you can use it in your web or mobile browser as well in the mobile App. You can book a desk in only a few clicks and less than a minute.

**What do you like best about Robin?**

It is easy to use and locate great places to sit, see where your coworkers are seating, reserve conference rooms, and see capacity. It just gives you so much. So thankful for this tool.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

That I can only book 2 weeks out right now, but that is nothing to be upset about. There is really nothing that I have seen so far that I would change or be disappointed with.

With COVID and other variants happening in the world, the ability to see capacity is very helpful in deciding where to sit or to even come in. Space management made simple.

Whether it's on my phone via app or on my PC, I can just access my office and decide if I want to stay at home or easily book a desk.

Hard sometimes to see who is in the office.  People with permanent assigned desks always show as in office when they might not be.

Used it during the corona restrictions to not have more people in the office than the ones we were allowed, but now we still use it. Is helpful to see which colleagues are in the office and also where to find them.

The government restrictions regarding corona rules. We also wanted to make sure all our employees were safe and if there was an infection we could tract it easily.

I like the fact the app just does what's needed, you can book the desk clearly and easily as well as seeing where your colleagues are positioned. The check in function is also very helpful.

I can't think of any as yet to be honest. Maybe a reminder being sent as a text message may be helpful?

Would definitely recommend this product as it's extremely easy to use.

Robin helps me better plan office activities. Knowing where you will sit, makes things easier. In case I need help from a colleague I don't know, it's easy to locate said person.

So far, there is nothing that I dislike. It really is a simple app and I don't see it having big dislikable features. Sometimes it lags a bit, but overall, a terrific app.

Robin helps me find my place to sit, and improves the overall experience of going to the office. Knowing that you have a sure place to sit, greatly minimizes any and all potential issues within the work environment.

The ability to create and design the building and space inside of it along with the minor details like no of desks and chairs is simply amazing.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

There isn't anything I dislike in particular. However, the tool can be laggy sometimes when we book any resources. I think it's just the UI thing that can be polished.

We are basically using this to create office space and meeting rooms. The employees have been using this to book desks as well as the meeting rooms for particular days.

It's fast to choose a desk in the coworking from website.  Not a problem with the performance and lets me know who is already with a reservation

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

That does not connect with the site to reserve. So that it is not necessary to show the reservation but that the receptionist sees it in the system

Avoid that you can waste time going to the site and when you arrive it is full

It's very intuitive and an easy and efficient way to book a table in the office. The mobile app is great!

During Covid, office access and utilization was severely limited. Robin offered and still offers an easy solution to reserve a table, so that the maximum capacity is not overstretched and one can safely find a workspace in the office.

It's very easy to book a desk and I like the feel and look of the entire booking system.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

The fact that the "release a desk" button is quite close to the "check in" one.  I have ended up releasing the desk by mistake because I wanted to press the button above but by the time I clicked on it the page loaded and ended up releasing the desk instead. There's also an issue with loading the map of the office. It sometimes shows the names and sometimes you have to zoom in and out to make it to work.

Very easy to use.

Robin has made finding a free room and booking meetings so much easier than before. The Outlook integration is excellent

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

I only wish there were better options for configuring admins to have the ability to invite new users without being an owner or full admin

**What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding a free meeting room used to be time consuming and difficult in Outlook. Robin has made it simple and saves us a lot of time.

It is extremely easy to use, intuitive, collaborative, and convenient.  Such a great work solution.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

The only thing I would like added is access to view the scheduler for the conference room reservation.  That would be a useful tool.

Robin is allowing me to schedule, cancel, and modify conference room reservations easily and conveniently.  It is also allowing me to see availability so that I could plan ahead.

The scale of the maps gives you a good feeling of the space. Also, the confirmation mail in the morning helps a lot.

When you open Robin on your phone, in portrait mode, you can't scroll to the right.

I loved the ease of using the Robin app and Web site.

I honestly have no negatives.
The site and app are phenomanal tools for me.

Robin lets me see who's sitting where when I make my reservations. I like that. It makes for easy collaboration. 
I also like that I can basically see the specs for each desk.

It has made space management very easy in the time of covid. We've been able to adjust our approach to space utilization when needed, making changes to our layout in Robin's interface, and communicate to our staff simply and quickly understand.

We're looking forward to improvements to Robin's Microsoft Team's plugin

**What do you like best about Robin?**

Robin desk booking is fuss free and easy to use. There are integrations with other apps which is seamless as well. For example, the health check-in is very useful.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

I need to check-in a couple of hours on the day that I reserve my seats. This makes it really hard for me to check-in and sometimes results in cancellation of my seats and I will have to re do it all over again.

There are no problems I am solving with Robin. It is just the part that I do not like. I have started to use the integration of Robin with Slack on my phone for ease of access.

**What do you like best about Robin?**

The best thing about Robin is the people at Robin. The product is brilliant and the team behind really care about making the best product. New features are added all the time and they really do listen to feedback.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

Sometimes a few features that you need have not been added yet but these are very niche settings to make the experience even better and not mission-critical in the slighest.

**What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Desk booking was an excel spreadsheet managed by one person with no way anyone could check who else was going to be. Robin has made our desk booking experience a piece of cake with multiple ways to book for different peoples preferences.

I like how you can manage your own hybrid schedule and you can select your seat based off knowing where your team will be located when you come in. You can observe how others are coming in as well.

Id say I dislike how you can only preschedule up to 2 weeks in advance as I like to be proactive.

After using Robin we can see the occupancy in our office by staff in this covid environment so we can assure we are safe and so that we can clean accordingly.

Robin is very easy to set up and use from both an admin and user perspective.

Icons such as desks can not be edited to represent actual desk (parking space) sizes.

Menus are easy to get around and user friendly.

Product delievered didn't meet requirements.  Program is designed well for configurability.  Seems like a program built by engineers with no real experience on managing offices or desk allotments.   I am very unhappy with the product and combined with the pricing it isn't good value what-so-ever.

The only benefit realized is that indeed people are able to book seats, and the feature of having a health check in is very convenient.

We chose Robin after evaluating other options because it was the easiest to use and integrated well with Office 365

Not much.  Occasionally we'll get some technical glitches, but it usually is fixed pretty quickly.

We just use it for the practicality, aesthetic look and the ease of use.

Millions of people need to find the right space that suits their personality types to perform different tasks. Robin is a great workplace management software. I use Robin daily when I'm in the office.  As a part of my journey, Robin allows for movement throughout the day and helps me to select the right spaces within Betconstruct office.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

Betconstruct former employees still appear in the People section Users list. Someone needs to keep the data up to date that didn't happen.

**What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All of our employees differ in their culture, motivations, generations and also in personality. Robbin helps us to choose the spaces that make us feel comfortable and enhance individual and organizational performance. 
The most successful teams, collaborative teams, productive teams are the ones which plan, keep their time, and they like spending time with other people in the shared spaces, work together, where everyone plays their part.

My team and I use the flexible workspace often in our office and by using Robin we are able to book a room in a minute or less. I also love that it syncs to my Google calendar and I can add team members through the Robin platform. Quick and efficient!

**What do you like best about Robin?**

As an active user of meeting spaces in the office, having them organised and administered through Robin has been a delight. Previous room booking systems struggled from double-bookings and had a legacy feel to them - Robin on the other hand has a clean UI, some interesting analytics which are always engaging to check in on and is generally well integrated with the rest of the company e.g. contact info, admin etc.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

As our organisation is quite large Robin can sometimes be a little slow to load and administer a room booking, however, the intuitive UI does in some part make up for that.

**What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall Robin is a great product, it's easy to use even as a relatively new user and is my one source for everything related to office management - and as busy employee that saves me time.

**What do you like best about Robin?**

Robin has the general best look and feel of all the apps we tried. Zoom, Teem, everything felt just emotionless, but Robin is really fun to use. The folks there really put an emphasis on user experience. Our coworkers are happy to use it because it doesn't feel like another stupid corporate software.
To optimize meeting room utilization, we enabled "abandoned meeting protection" - our users have to checkin, otherwise the room will be freed again. That's one of the best features in my opinion.

**What do you dislike about Robin?**

We have dozens of ipads to roll out some days, also in different offices - I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't configure robin on multiple individual ipads using MDM - or perhaps I haven't understood how.

**What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multiple things:
1. Meeting room utilization optimization. There's a feature called "Abandoned Meeting Protection" where users have to check in to the room on the ipad next to the door, otherwise their reservation will be canceled a few minutes after and the room will be free for another colleague.
2. Visibility of the rooms. It's just a difference if the rooms have a post-it-note with their name on the door or a brilliantly designed ipad app with options to book the room.
