This isn't really on Rio, but the process for Apple integration seems to be a headache all around and never seems to work when we need it. We've have several instances of Showcase implementation taking excessively long and us missing windows and I'd love for that relationship to be a bit stronger. There are a couple of things that I apprieacte about Rio SEO. From a product perspective, I appreciate the tools offered for managing and optimizing local listings across major search engines (i.e. Google Business Profiles) and directories, ensuring consistent and accurate information for all business locations.

From a customer service perspective, I appreciate our bi-weekly strategy meetings with Rio team representatives. Communicating concerns, questions or problem solving through email can only accomplish so much, so when our teams have the oppotunity to meet on calls/zoom or even in person, I have always felt like clarification on situtions is achieved and the appropriate amount of attention was given to every question posed. From a customer service perspective, at the beginning of the year our requests were backed up due to one person account management. This issue was fixed after vocalizing concerns and the Rio team added another representative to our account.

Rio is reliable and trustworthy through their insights and their support team. Once Rio Support is contacted I can rest assured, knowing the task will be completed in a correct and timely manner.
