"Unified Voice & Digital Support With Helpful AI Suggestions and Contact History"
4.5/5
What do you like best about RingCX?

What I notice most during a typical shift is that voice and digital contacts are all in one place, with some history already available. When a freelancer or client reaches out, I can quickly see earlier interactions and basic account details without having to jump between screens. The AI suggestions sometimes surface similar past tickets or recommended next steps, which genuinely helps with the more common technical questions. Being able to view the queue load in real time also makes it easier to tell when things are starting to back up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingCX?

The agent screen can feel a bit crowded when I’m working more than one channel at the same time. Some of the reporting is clearly designed for supervisors, so pulling up my own basic stats ends up taking more clicks than it should. We’ve also had a few slow moments on the digital side during busy periods, and the knowledge base search isn’t always precise enough when I’m trying to find answers for more specific Upwork technical issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Madi Hayford of RingCX

It is fantastic to hear how RingCX is streamlining your technical support workflow! Consolidating voice, chat, and digital tickets into one workspace with visible contact history gives you immediate context when helping freelancers and clients. Having real-time queue visibility and AI suggestions surface past tickets with next steps is a great way to accelerate resolutions and keep follow-up tickets to a minimum. "Instagram DMs Now Flow Seamlessly Into Our Support Queue"
4/5
What do you like best about RingCX?

We get a decent chunk of customer complaints through Instagram DMs these days, younger customers especially just don't call, they message. Before this, whoever managed our Instagram had to check it separately and manually create some kind of ticket if it needed real support attention, which meant stuff sat there longer than it should have. Now those DMs land in the exact same queue as our phone calls and emails, an agent just works whatever's next regardless of which channel it came through. Had someone message about a damaged order on Instagram and get a full refund sorted within the hour, same speed as if they'd called. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingCX?

Agents who'd mostly only ever handled phone calls needed real training to get comfortable with the more casual tone people expect on something like Instagram versus a formal phone manner, a couple of early replies read a bit too stiff for the platform and I had to coach that specifically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Madi Hayford of RingCX

It is terrific to hear how RingCX is helping your team modernize support by unifying Instagram DMs, story replies, and mentions into the same routing queue as your phone calls and emails. Resolving issues for younger customers, like processing a full refund for a damaged order within an hour, demonstrates how meeting buyers on their preferred social channels directly impacts customer satisfaction and response speed. "All-in-One Contact Center Workspace with Helpful AI and Solid Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about RingCX?

What I like most about RingCX is that it brings voice, digital channels, analytics and AI into one fairly easy to manage workspace. The interface feels organized and the integrations with CRMs and other business tools make it easier to keep customer information in one place. I also find the AI features useful for real-time agent assistance, conversation insights and automating repetitive tasks. Performance has been consistent for day-to-day contact center work and the overall setup feels like good value when you’re managing multiple customer channels and teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingCX?

The main downside for me is that the platform can feel a little overwhelming at first, especially when setting up workflows, integrations and more advanced features. Some of the AI and reporting options also take time to learn properly. I’d like to see a simpler setup experience, more customization in certain areas, and clearer pricing as requirements grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is awesome to hear how RingCX is delivering tangible results for you and your team, saving valuable time each week in reporting and follow-up overhead! "Clear Real-Time Queue Visibility and Smarter AI-Assisted Routing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about RingCX?

What I notice most in day-to-day use is how much easier it is to see what’s actually happening in the queues. We handle a mix of voice and digital contacts from freelancers and clients, and before it was difficult to tell where things were backing up or getting bounced around. Now I can check the real-time load, handle times, and basic routing performance all in one place. The AI-assisted routing has also reduced some of the unnecessary transfers, which used to waste time for both agents and the people reaching out to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingCX?

A few of the setup screens still feel more complicated than they need to be, especially when we’re adjusting routing rules or trying to build a custom view. Supervisors who only jump in occasionally sometimes need a quick refresher on where certain options and settings are located. Digital channel hand-offs also aren’t always as smooth or consistent as they are on the voice side, and the reports occasionally need a bit of tidying up before we can drop them into our internal tracking sheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Madi Hayford of RingCX

Jason, thank you for taking the time to share your detailed review! It is fantastic how RingCX is bringing real-time visibility to your operations. Managing mixed voice and digital channels for both freelancers and clients can easily lead to bottlenecks, so having real-time queue metrics, handle times, and AI-assisted routing consolidated into one view is an operational win. Reducing unnecessary transfers keeps interactions efficient and improves the overall experience for everyone reaching out. "Live RingCX Queue Dashboard Keeps Supervisors on Top of Call Spikes"
4.5/5
What do you like best about RingCX?

Our floor supervisors used to just walk around and eyeball who looked busy, no real number backing any of it up. Started using the live queue dashboard on the RingCX mobile app instead, so a supervisor stepping out for lunch can still glance at their phone and see if calls are backing up before it becomes an actual problem on the floor. Caught a queue spike once while our lead was literally in the parking lot heading back in, she called ahead and had someone jump on an extra line before she'd even walked through the door. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingCX?

Notifications on the mobile app can get a bit much if you've got several queues assigned to you, had a supervisor turn off alerts entirely after getting buried in pings, which honestly defeated the point a little. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Madi Hayford of RingCX

Hey Emily, thank you for taking the time to share your great review! It is excellent to hear how the RingCX mobile live queue dashboard has transformed your supervisor floor operations into a real-time, data-driven workflow. Being able to spot queue spikes and manage call volume proactively, even while stepping out or returning to the building, is a huge win for maintaining operational coverage and keeping customer wait times low. The Review Team would love the opportunity to learn more about your experience. Please reference this review and email us at review@ringcentral.com to continue the conversation.

"RingCentral Contact Center Changed How I Pick Up Conversations Instead of Restarting Them"
5/5
What do you like best about RingCX?

I mostly use RingCX for handling calls and keeping track of previous conversations. I regularly use the call history, interaction notes, and agent dashboard because those are the parts I come back to most often. The call history is especially useful when I need to follow up with someone after a previous conversation. Instead of trying to remember exactly what was discussed, I can look back at the interaction before continuing. I also use the notes to record small details that might matter later. I don't write long notes, usually just a few points that help me remember what needs to happen next. The agent dashboard has also become part of my normal routine. I usually check it when I start using RingCX so I have an idea of what conversations need my attention. At first I was still keeping separate reminders for almost everything, but after using RingCX regularly, I noticed that habit slowly changed. I started trusting the information from previous interactions more and didn't feel the need to write down every small thing somewhere else. Another thing I noticed is that the experience stays fairly consistent when I'm moving between calls, notes, and previous interactions. It took me a little while to get used to where I preferred to look for information, but eventually checking the same areas became a normal part of my routine. The practical benefit for me is that I can return to an earlier conversation without feeling like I have to reconstruct the whole situation from memory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingCX?

The main limitation for me is going back through older interactions. When there are many conversations covering similar topics, finding one specific interaction can take some digging, especially when I only remember a small part of what was discussed. I can usually find what I need, but it isn't always as quick as I would like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Madi Hayford of RingCX

It is fantastic to hear how RingCX has streamlined your daily workflow, specifically how having instant access to call history, short interaction notes, and the agent dashboard removes the mental load of trying to reconstruct past conversations from memory. Trusting a centralized workspace over separate reminders is a win for daily efficiency and context continuity. The Review Team would love the opportunity to learn more about your experience. "AVA Agent Assist basically whispers the answer while I'm still on the call"
4.5/5
What do you like best about RingCX?

Honestly didn't expect much from the AI assist thing, figured it'd be another gimmick feature nobody actually uses. But it's genuinely helpful, live suggestions pop up based on what the customer's saying, so if someone's getting heated I get a nudge on how to steer it before things go sideways. Also live sentiment scoring means my supervisor can see I'm handling a rough call in real time and jump in if needed, instead of only finding out after the fact from a complaint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingCX?

It's not great at picking up on dry sarcasm, flagged a customer as fine once when they were clearly annoyed, just not yelling about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Madi Hayford of RingCX

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Gwen! It is terrific how much AVA Agent Assist and live sentiment scoring in RingCX are helping on the sales floor, specifically how real-time guidance prompts and supervisor monitoring take the pressure off handling high-tension calls. Turning what often feels like a gimmick into a practical tool that stops escalations before they happen is an operational win we are proud to hear about. The Review Team would love the opportunity to learn more about your experience with our products and services. "After-call work is no longer eating up half the day"
5/5
What do you like best about RingCX?

Our support team used to spend almost as much time updating tickets after a call as they did actually helping the customer. With RingCX connected to our support system, the agent can work from the customer record while handling the interaction, and a lot of the follow-up information is already there when the call ends. The team is also using the agent-assist features during calls, which is useful when someone needs to find an answer without putting the customer on hold. It has made busy periods much easier to get through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingCX?

There is a lot happening on the screen when you first start using it. Between the customer details, call controls, notes and other information, a few of our agents felt overwhelmed during the first week. We had to simplify our workspace and spend some time training everyone before it felt comfortable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Madi Hayford of RingCX

Isla, it is fantastic that RingCX is impacting your Support Team! We are proud to hear how bringing customer context, CRM ticketing, and interaction controls into a single workspace cuts down post-call administrative work so agents are not writing manual notes. Knowing that AI Agent Assist is surfacing answers in real time, eliminating unnecessary hold times during peak hours, is a huge win for both agent productivity and customer satisfaction! "Drag-and-Drop IVR That Delivers Real Self-Service and Smooth Call Transfers"
4/5
What do you like best about RingCX?

Our old IVR just gathered a rough department selection then dumped the caller to an agent who had to ask for the account number all over again. The drag-and-drop IVR builder let us actually set up self-service tasks, checking a balance, confirming a shipment, so a chunk of callers get their answer without ever reaching a person, and for the ones who do get transferred, whatever they entered carries over instead of the agent asking again. Whisper coaching's been solid too, jumped into a live call last week to guide a newer rep through an angry customer without the customer hearing me at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingCX?

Building more complex branching logic in the IVR studio, like routing differently based on both account type and reason for calling at the same time, needed more trial and error than a simple drag-and-drop suggested it would be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Madi Hayford of RingCX

It is fantastic to hear how RingCX transforms your customer service workflows! We love to hear how the drag-and-drop IVR builder enables true self-service for routine balance checks and order tracking while preserving caller data during agent transfers. Knowing that Whisper Coaching is allowing your supervisors to guide newer reps through tough calls behind the scenes is a major operational win. "Major Boost in Live Sales Conversations, Though Occasional Late Connections"
3.5/5
What do you like best about RingCX?

We run outbound sales calls and reps used to manually dial through a list, half of which were disconnected numbers or just did not pick up. RingCX's predictive dialer skips the dead numbers and only connects a rep once someone actually answers, so nobody's sitting there listening to rings for a person who never picks up. Genuinely changed how many real conversations reps get through in a day compared to before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingCX?

Occasionally the predictive dialer connects a call to a rep a beat too late, customer's already said hello twice before the agent's even on the line, comes across a little awkward on the customer's end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Madi Hayford of RingCX

It is fantastic that RingCX is driving outbound productivity for your Sales Team, Foster! We are proud to hear how skipping disconnected lines and filtering out unanswered dials keeps your reps focused on live sales conversations rather than listening to dead air. It is also great that the boost in daily talk time and active call volume has transformed your outbound operations. The Review Team would love the opportunity to learn more about your experience with our products and services.
