They have good ethics and way of working AND their commitment to developing products and tackling their customers' problems at the right time. Help us a lot to develop the content strategy and rewrite the SEO meta descriptions.

**What problems is Rightpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staff experience that certainly puts people first and addresses key areas. We partner with Rightpoint to solve everyone's medication with automated solutions with quality service and low medication fees. After our time with Rightpoint, our revenue has tripled in less than 2 quarters.

**What do you like best about Rightpoint?**

The digital products that it provides are one of the best in the field.It gives the customers a better sense of what they want and help them in getting a better desired product.

**What do you dislike about Rightpoint?**

Some research, doing a research and development even before starting the project is necessary. More research can definitely help in creating a better product for its clients.

Definitely, stay in the zone and be proactive to different new technologies in the market.

Employee Experience, no doubt by putting people at the center and addressing the key areas.

They have an efficient developer groups and customer care service to solve all real time problems. They provide clear cut documentations of the workflow. Their Service is much better than Productive Edge.

I don't have any dislikes with them. But they can improve their panel of discussion and include people from business.

If you want make your ideas to business reality. Dive in without any hesitation.

We work with Rightpoint to solve medication to all people with automated solutions with a quality service and low charges for medication . After the time up with Right point our Revenue tripled in less that 2 quarters.

Project management review has to be scaled up to a point, But I would highly recommend experiencing this tool.

**Describe the project or task Rightpoint helped with:**

I've worked with Rightpoint on nearly a dozen projects over the last 5 years, including 4 major site builds on Sitecore.  Additionally, we've used them to help us run design sprints, develop content strategy, write new and rewrite existing content for SEO, execute user experience testing both online and in person, and moderate work sessions for our teams to explore innovations in emerging technology, voice/AI, conversational marketing, and emerging technology in adjacent industries.

**What do you like best about Rightpoint?**

Rightpoint acts as an extension of our team.  We don't view them as a vendor, we see them as a partner.  Our team was embedded in their office in Chicago for two months leading up to our launch and, while that's an atypical arrangement, it showed Rightpoint was willing to do anything necessary in order to help us put out the best product possible.

**What do you dislike about Rightpoint?**

Every partnership, relationship, friendship has it's ups and downs .  I'm not going to get into detail here but what I will say is that every time we've hit a bump in the road, whether it was our "fault" or Rightpoint's "fault" - or somewhere in between, which is usually the case, we always worked through it and came to a resolution as partners looking at our relationship as a long term investment.  I think that's all you can ask for in a business partnership.

**Recommendations to others considering Rightpoint:**

I would advise that you spend a lot of time discussing requirements.  It's the downfall of every company developing a website or any new digital platform for the first time.  You assume you know what you need or you want, or you rely too much on your agency to be able to read your mind.  However much time is devoted to your requirements conversation - double it and really discuss each potential user journey or path to ensure you're considering every alternative.

Also, establish a clear cadence of project touch points, whether they are daily stand-ups, or weekly project status meetings.  Pick a cadence and stick to it.

If you work at a large company and there will be many stakeholders, enlist your PMO to ensure that timelines are adhered to internally.  It will make your life easier and ensure that you're using the time you're paying for with Rightpoint most efficiently.

Rightpoint consistently helps us to expand our thinking beyond ourselves, our company and our industry.  We rely on them to have their finger on the pulse of the digital marketplace and help us to anticipate what our consumers and business clients will want next.

Building Grove's first iOS app -- including generating the unique ideas that make the app distinct from the web experience.

**What do you like best about Rightpoint?**

The quality of the development meant that we could take over seamlessly at the end of the project. Rightpoint also really got to know our business and users and cared (truly, as must as we did) about delivering real end-user value, not just "making the client happy".

**What do you dislike about Rightpoint?**

Not much to dislike! Our initial ideation project didn't nail it quite the way we wanted, but once we narrowed down the focus and got to delivering the app, it was really a terrific experience.

Make sure you really get along with the product manager and share philosophies!

**What problems is Rightpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not have in-house expertise in mobile -- in either development or general app best practices. Our mobile experience is truly best-in-class, well-rated in the app store, and we've been able to continue development apace after an awesome 1.0 version was delivered by Rightpoint.

**Describe the project or task Rightpoint helped with:**

Rightpoint was hired to build a custom web application, which included integration with Microsoft Office O365.  The team at Rightpoint provided development, design, UI, UX and testing.

**What do you like best about Rightpoint?**

Rightpoint truly operates as an extension of your team.  I was part of daily morning stand-up calls and was kept up to date on a real-time basis.  Their execution was incredibly structured - after the scope was finalized it was broken down on a day by day basis and hourly on a task by task basis, and was all logged into Azure so I could track on an ongoing basis and ask questions.  Most impressive was their ability to stick to the timeline that we had laid out at the outset - a further testament to how structured their process is and their ability to execute.  I also liked how Rightpoint dealt with client feedback - each time I made a suggestion on the project they didn't just listen and execute, but rather provided me with detailed information on the pros and cons of moving in a certain direction so I could make an informed decision.  From day one it was very clear that the team at Rightpoint felt ownership of the project and genuinely took pride in delivering a superior final product.

**What do you dislike about Rightpoint?**

Nothing to mention, Rightpoint exceeded expectations.

**What problems is Rightpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our application was developed to deliver information to our clients on a real-time basis.  Rightpoint provided expertise on how to build the platform using best practices to streamline workflow in the delivery of information from a tech perspective and also provide a modern, state of the art experience for our clients using the platform.  Most importantly we have categorically received positive feedback from our clients with respect to the platform / application.

We've used RIghtpoint for multiple Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Community projects and also for Microsoft Office 365/SharePoint projects.  One project even involved connecting Salesforce and SharePoint.

**What do you like best about Rightpoint?**

We've had a successful long-term relationship over the last 7 years with Rightpoint.  They've always provided prompt and personal service.  Every one of our big projects was on time and within budget.

**What do you dislike about Rightpoint?**

Project management isn't always the strongest, but that's nitpicking.

I highly recommend Rightpoint.  They have been a great partner to us.

We are solving business critical issues with their help.  Specifically, they built a semi-custom SharePoint intranet for us (and continue to upgrade it regularly), a custom Salesforce Customer Community and SharePoint site templates.  They've also helped us migrate data to new systems after two acquisitions.
