Nothing as such but improving the escalation process may help further to address issues if any.

I'll recommend them to everyone. They work like partners and not as a vendor.

They have strong Tech Teams, good business knowledge, and a process-oriented approach. Rightpoint teams have a wide variety of knowledge and are ready to go the extra mile to get the results within defined timelines.
