  ### 1. Expensive, Poor User Experience, Low Effectiveness, Scalability Limitations

**What do you like best about Revium?**

The sales & customer success teams have been responsive to challenges and feedback.

**What do you dislike about Revium?**

Onboarding / implementation was ineffective.  We had challenges from day 1 of implementation and most of our needs require additional product to be built.

There is a steep learning curve that did not result in rep buy in.  Contacts need to be added via CSV, which we thought would be a breeze but only slowed down the process and created more of a data mess.

The platform in general is not very intuitive in it's workflow.

The dialer component has been mediocre in comparison with other tools - hard to distinguish how much of this is related to the poor data flow.  Only one number can be added into a dial sequence, which is a challenge if you have multiple phone numbers for one prospect.

Initially, the activity did not speak directly to the CRM until deal creation.  A workaround is being created.

The LLM driven emails are very cool, but take training time.  

All in all, this is not a tool that can be used for an organization with scale / growth out of the box and will take significant training time for both the tool and the models behind the tool.

**What problems is Revium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revium was supposed to allow us to achieve greater scale on outreach, but the limitations have had the opposite effect and have caused our business to decelerate at top of funnel.

  ### 2. Costly, Ineffective, and Disappointing Marketing Platform

**What do you like best about Revium?**

Unfortunately, after extensive testing, we did not identify any notable strengths or features of Revium that we liked.

**What do you dislike about Revium?**

Our experience with Revium was underwhelming and highlighted the platform’s immaturity. We invested over 100 hours and a significant financial outlay (over $75k) to test and refine the system, but it fell far short of expectations. The platform was extremely difficult to “hone in” to create effective system prompts, and even Revium’s support team was unable to produce an optimal prompt that delivered meaningful results. This underscores the platform’s developmental challenges and the need for further refinement.
 
After sending nearly 800 emails, we received zero engagement. The effort required to produce even minimally acceptable content was excessive—averaging 4-5 minutes per email—yet the results did not justify the time or cost. Despite their offer to extend access and provide additional support, our request for a partial refund was declined, leaving us feeling that our investment was poorly spent.
 
Revium may work for businesses with simpler needs, but the difficulty in using the platform effectively and the lack of measurable outcomes make it hard to recommend for more complex or targeted campaigns. Prospective users should carefully consider whether the platform’s cost and functionality aligns with their goals and whether they can afford the substantial time investment required to make it work.
 
Ultimately, the platform’s lack of usability and the refusal to offer a refund left us dissatisfied. We hope this feedback helps others evaluate whether Revium is the right tool for their business.

Unfortunately, Revium did not solve any of our marketing challenges. Despite substantial investment of time and money, the platform failed to deliver meaningful results or improve our email outreach efforts.

**What do you like best about Revium?**

Their customer support tried really hard to satisfy and overcome issues.  I did like the way the tool brought in news feeds and pertinent data on the contact.

**What do you dislike about Revium?**

The product was not intuitive at all.  Spent way too much time trying to figure out how to set things up and manage ongoing campaigns.  The use of key words about our business and our client's business was not translating well into their AI models and therefore the outcomes were nothing short of disappointing.

**What problems is Revium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It wasnt solving any problems.  What it was intended to do was enhance our outbound activities with more relevant and substantive messaging.  This clearly did not work so we did not see any benefit to this service.

**What do you like best about Revium?**

Revium is easy to use. Revium gives a through prospect data collection, so I do not have to perform the study myself. This allows me to modify my first contact, which has resulted in better answers. I really love the lead enrichment capabilities, particularly the automated messages they are a huge time saving. They provides best customer services.

**What do you dislike about Revium?**

Revium has a plethora of functions, yet it can often feel overwhelming. My team had a difficult time getting the idea of the tool, and the multple options were a touch overwhelming on more than one occasion.

**What problems is Revium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revium solves a key problem by combining workloads and multiple sales resources into a single platform. It saves time on repetitive activities by consolidating everything in one location. Revium genuinely addresses the recurring difficulty that firms confront when dealing with several sales tools.

I like the lead enrichment that I received from Revium, for the automated messages which are real time savers. These tools made the first steps of engagement easier to manage.
