It's ease of use is it's best feature. Although I truly enjoy it's customizable dashboard and it's sentiment analysis portions as well. The dashboard is exceptionally helpful on a daily basis of tracking trends and seeing where we stand. I love that you can have it auto-sent to your email everyday too. The sentiment analysis is great because of it's visual way of showing the positive and negative aspects the hotel reviews are talking about in one place.
I don't like that I have to translate reviews to understand them and then translate them back into the foreign language. I wish there was an automated tool that made that transition easier. I also don't like that we can't respond to reviews strictly through Revinate. I wish there was a way to hit respond and not be taken to the review's originating website such as Booking.com, Expedia, etc.
This is a great system for reputation management and understanding the dynamic of your customer and what they deem as valuable features, amenities and services. It is a system that offers a wide variety of tools and options to better understand your customer.
Revinate allows our hotel the opportunity to address every guest that writes a review of our property: good, bad or indifferent. It is important for us to reach out to our guests to ensure satisfaction on all levels and Revinate assists us in that process. Additionally, Revinate allows us to receive, analyze and understand reporting features that enables us to track trend in guest service and our guests perception of us in various, detailed ways we didn't have before.
