The only AI-powered retention tool, RetentionEngine prevents up to 41% of customer cancel requests. Here's how it works: 1. Exit survey: you figure out what’s motivating your customers to cancel. Learning from your unhappy customers. 2. Cancel Resolution: Our algorithm predicts the offer or resolution most likely to retain that customer. 3. **What do you like best about RetentionEngine?**

It retains far more customers than we were doing prior, while reducing our inbound emails by 70%

**What do you dislike about RetentionEngine?**

I honesty can't add anything here as there's nothing I don't like

**Recommendations to others considering RetentionEngine:**

Don't think about it, just do it. In the 2+ years of running our business, Retention Engine is by far the best tool we've used, hands down.

**What problems is RetentionEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're freeing up Customer Service resource from manually handling cancellation requests allowing us to focus on other areas of the business. All while retaining a lot more than we were doing prior.

You are limited to 10 or so reasons for cancellation that a customer can choose from

**What problems is RetentionEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing churn with an 18.9% save rate over the last 30 days.
