**What do you like best about Retail Pro?**

You can log in quickly, and it’s extremely easy to learn and get trained on.

**What do you dislike about Retail Pro?**

You have to log in again every time a transaction is completed. It adds extra steps and takes more time than it should.

Sales are rung up more efficiently, and it provides real-time sales updates, so I can see what’s in stock right now.

**What do you like best about Retail Pro?**

It's a quick software for billing. Billing process is really simple and the best part is if you need to get all the billing details, you can just get it in a click.

**What do you dislike about Retail Pro?**

No con's about Retail pro. I have used it for 5 yrs and it is just amazing

**What problems is Retail Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stock inventory count, Billing, Keeping a track of all the inventory  records etc. 
After learning the process to handle Retail pro, I started loving it.

We can send mails to our customers by the automated mood of this tool. We can make a different contact list on a single Mailchimp.

**What do you dislike about Retail Pro?**

We only have one mail that we can use to send templated emails to customers, and also have limited templates.

**What problems is Retail Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can send emails to thousands of persons by just clicking. We get a template to send a email that is very useful for me cause it's very time taking and breaking my timelines.

**What do you like best about Retail Pro?**

Retail Pro is a handy software to use as point of sale solution. In store level it provides a facility to register transaction and transfer the items one branch to the other. The staff can grant discounts within their allowed limit. If the stores on sale, prices can be updated to another price level and schedule it to be activated on certain date. It has comparatively clear interface where users can select the options they need without a hassle.

**What do you dislike about Retail Pro?**

You need to get vendor side support to implement the system and need to consider separate tool to import and create new items to the database. Additionally sometimes the polling from the store side will not complete and might need to do it manually again.

**Recommendations to others considering Retail Pro:**

This is a great point of sales solution which can cater to Retail industry. It has comprehensive set of tools and facilities to enhance its suitability to the retail industry. Companies need to form a strong service level agreement with the vendor so they can have good support.

**What problems is Retail Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has all the features as point of sale system and helps to manage employee privileges according to authority level. It can produce well detailed reports. Staff can register sales faster which it suits both department stores and boutiques.

**What do you like best about Retail Pro?**

Retails pro V9 provides end to end, point of sale facility with the great visibility on inventory management and shipment receiving. As a point of sale software it's extremely user friendly. Transaction recording speed is admirable. Functions like stock aging, shipment batch recording are extremely useful for organization operates on retail industry. 

**What do you dislike about Retail Pro?**

The reporting module is extremely complected and highly technical. Customization of the reports always has to be consulted with the vendor company and pricing scheme is not suitable for every level of organizations. The software support services should be improved. 

**Recommendations to others considering Retail Pro:**

It''s recommended to use the software for sales purpose. It provides user friendly interfaces for the sales staff while administrators can have complete control over the sales registered, inventory management, shipment receiving and pricing. 

**What problems is Retail Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software is entirely used for sales purpose. At store level it has been configured as POS and the back end it used to update the shipments, maintain the inventory, update prices for the items and report generation. It help to control user access levels and segregation of duties who uses the software.

**What do you like best about Retail Pro?**

Best about Rpro is that it's so flexible & light. Rpro is open and all the queries are easily available over the net. Rpro is easy and anyone can automate through its academy and lessons. Rpro has ease of use, ease of customization, ease of delivery. Rpro is the most preferred tool because of its simple and handy GUI. The GUI is  the most important part of this tool because they simplify my work to much extent.

**What do you dislike about Retail Pro?**

Sometimes the reports are not generated. Also some of the buttons get disabled because of that the reports cannot be fetched.This is one of the finest tool for Sales but it needs improvement.

**Recommendations to others considering Retail Pro:**

It is one of the finest tools. Rpro is the best tool if you work in a large organisation as it keeps records of your sales and one can access them very easilty due thier user-friendly GUI. It has profited our organization on a large scale and we are happy to have such tool in our organisation.

We are trying to automate every rule-based process. The reconciliation process, PDF invoicing, etc. Benefits received majority are time-saving and can run the bot anytime.

**What do you like best about Retail Pro?**

Retail Pro uses as point of sale software for our department stores. It helps to register sales, returns, exchanges and process payments either card, cash or split. The easy to use interface is extremely helpful for sales staff to register transactions in minimum time. It provides various options to filter and select an item from the inventory. The transfer option used to send items which is not available in one location to other. 

**What do you dislike about Retail Pro?**

The reports of the Retail pro is extremely complicated process which can cost significant amount of money at every customization. The support is not skillful enough to solve issues instantaneously. The new reporting dashboard is way expensive. 

**Recommendations to others considering Retail Pro:**

Retail Pro suits as a Point of Sales software for department stores which can have high rate of transactions. The pricing model is a significant factor when choosing the software and organization has to decide which reports they need in advance to get them customized initially.

It helps to register sales and returns at our department stores. User levels can be defined to segregate the duties and limit the access. It provides facility to update purchasing orders, receive shipments, dispatch them to corresponding stores, monitor the inventory and generate KPI reports.

**What do you like best about Retail Pro?**

Retail Pro 9 reporting and analysis system is something worth to be mentioned. it provides more customized reports to be generated. additionally, They have upgraded the inventory management as well. Retail pro allows the batch indication to the item too. User friendly interface allows most of the staff to adopt to the system with minimal time. 

**What do you dislike about Retail Pro?**

Even though the RetailPro9 provides fascinating reporting and analysis system, report customization is quite complicated. Not like the previous versions, it far more in to technical. There are some predefined customized to use yet if the business requires more complicated report it is hard to make one. Implementation period is little bit lengthy and it needs great amount of vendor support to go live. 

**Recommendations to others considering Retail Pro:**

Retail Pro is highly useful at Retail industry as a POS solution. It brings more visibility on how the business works and helps a lot with decision making. New reporting platform allows to get extremely customized report but it will be at some cost.

**What problems is Retail Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Retail pro is the total POS solution for us. It's capable of managing inventory, placing an order, reporting, managing POs, Receiving etc. It allows to assign batch no to the item so we can monitor and generate stock aging reports too. It's highly recommend software solution to use in retail industry.

There is a great deal of information and data that you can find in the reports sections of RetailPro.

The interface is slow and very 90s. It doesn't feel like a modern POS at all.

I really like the ease of use, it is very easy to teach coworkers how to use the registers and get accustomed to the system.

The start up process is a bit tedious, and the software sometimes has issues when accessing the touch menus.

It made it so much easier to deal with customers instead of having hotkeys for everything.

I like that it is simple too use. It’s prety straight forward on how to check out customers or do TJVs.

There really isn’t anything I don’t like. I would say that when searching in the inventory there is a few seconds or it to search, but that’s because of all the items we have.

It’s pretty easy to use and understand. I used this software for my for my first ever job and it was very easy to learn.

It freezes up sometimes, and it locks sales associates out if a manager didn’t finish what they previous had going on before the log in square pops up again.

The ability to control almost anything in the store from a single POS.

Very difficult to work with, lots of paperwork and going about things the long way. Sometimes 4 steps to finish a simple task.

Very helpful if you need a simple POS software and nothing more.

For ringing out customers and simple tasks like that, retail pro is easy and user friendly. It’s basic functions are easy to understand and to teach.

Some of the functions take several steps to get through to what you’re looking for. I also think that the look of the program could be updated slightly with the times.

The interface is clean and intuitive. You can do different sales and slipts with a few touches. Easy access to the receipts.

Takes a while to load sometimes, specially for cards. Must logon for every purchase.

The loading times for cards is somewhat very slow. I can have a receipt in 10 s ou in 5 min.

I work in a very busy store, and tje program let me do sales with a click. The methods of payment are well divided and in the same screen as the purchases are being made.

Best thing about this is how well you can manage all forms of inventory, measure KPI’s and complete transactions.

My favorite part is the easy layout and customizable access thst can be given to program users

Crashes frequently (usually around big holidays where it is beong used more)

It was super easy to catch on the first time I used it, and even after not using it for a few years it was easy to figure it out again

I like that RetailPro makes it easy to keep track of customers purchases and their history so that we can go back and look up what they bought and the sizes they bought. 

**What do you dislike about Retail Pro?**

The layout of RetailPro isn't the best. It is hard to use if you weren't trained on it. It is very particular about functions.

We are using this system to mechanize apparel and keep track of inventory. We use it to keep track of customers purchases and history and complete transactions. I have realized that it is beneficial because we can pull reports of the top customers, the latest transactions, monthly earnings by clothing category, and much more.

That it was compatible with my website and it was less expensive than a higher brand

It was hard to use especially when trying to sync it to my website for retail. It also was bad with inventory. We had so many problems keeping track of everything and getting it to work well in the store as well.

Get something that won’t make you use three other softwares to do one job.

This system has all the features that I need in a POS to run all of my in person retail store and my website

Can't not think of a thing I dislike about this system 

**What problems is Retail Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This product allowed my to put my business back together after the Flood on July 30th 2016 in Ellicott City MD. That night 2/3rds of my inventory was destroyed, I was able to use the this system to pull all of my loses together and use to rebuild my store front back up.

1-  The speed of the system is the best compared to other POS system. 
2- Detailed and Diversified Reports.
3- Easy to use and doesn't need for a lot of manuals.

The pooling (System Update) from store POS to Back-office Retail Pro is done each Hour, while I may need to review any store Sales each minute.

**What do you like best about Retail Pro?**

Retail Pro is a easy to use. The vendor, JDA, is responsive when we have a question.

**What do you dislike about Retail Pro?**

I don't have any complaints. For the most part, it satisfies our essential needs. When using customer functions and entering in new clients, it would be easier to just add in new clients without having to input their name twice if they never shopped before. There should be a way that the name stays present.

**What problems is Retail Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 We have been using the software Retail Pro for about two months now at our single location, which is a Swimming Pool retail store. Since the day we first launched the software, we have had such an easy time conducting business with our vast customer base. Ringing in sales have never been easier, and we can now, for once, really track our sales by department and so much more. The software was very easy to learn and J.D. Associates was a big part of that! Their training process was not only well-performed, but our teacher made it fun as well!
