**What do you like best about Retail Media Machine?**

I saw the platform in Feb 2024. 

It has some features that are super advanced for retail media (e.g., very advanced version of audience targeting). The best thing is they can make the platform as simple or as sophisticated as the retailer wants.

The people behind the platform are amazing - they are patient and willing to spend time to understand customer needs. They also seem to have an engineering team that can build things quickly and efficiently, which means retailers can create customisations quite quickly.

**What do you dislike about Retail Media Machine?**

It is less known brand. It is worth noting that they are a bigger brand in wider ad tech (programmatic in particular). So they do have a lot more experience in this space than other pure retail media platforms.

I hope retailers have chats with them to understand their capabilities than make decisions based on brand name.
