Their data download has an error that they will not corredt. Data downloads into the wrong field and is therefore unreliable. It's easy to track time spent on the projects that I'm assigned to. The view of Resource Management is very easy to understand and navigate. Overall, I find Resource Management easy to use, especially compared to similar products I have used in the past. Resource management is easy to navigate, easy to record hours, easy to add new projects, and is good at generating reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Resource Management by Smartsheet? Resource Management does not support work items tied to subphases. My company builds projects in Smartsheet but tracks hours using Resource Management. For our purposes, we need to track usage by different phases of the project; this lack of full integration requires additional work on my end by generating reports in Resource Management and then updating our Smartsheets weekly. Additionally, while I like the report function, it would be better if certain conditions could be pre-set (like generating reports of hours and $ instead of days) instead of having to "save" a report to my page to use week to week. At times, it can be difficult to get all the necessary data pulled in to "speak" to each other in one all-up view.
