Their data download has an error that they will not correct. Data downloads into the wrong field and is therefore unreliable. If data is entered into the project phase code field it downloads to the project code field. When reported I was told the download was operating as expected. What do you dislike about Resource Management by Smartsheet?

Resource Management does not support work items tied to subphases. My company builds projects in Smartsheet but tracks hours using Resource Management. For our purposes, we need to track usage by different phases of the project; this lack of full integration requires additional work on my end by generating reports in Resource Management and then updating our Smartsheets weekly. Additionally, while I like the report function, it would be better if certain conditions could be pre-set (like generating reports of hours and $ instead of days) instead of having to "save" a report to my page to use week to week.
