They recently rolled out an AI feature which aggregates the data for you too, but you can narrow in by topic quite easily and see the comp/freq to help compare. You can organize the data to build audiences easily, either making it an AND statement or an OR statement to make it as broad/niche as you want. We use it for every client and roll it out onto a variety of platforms like Meta, Trade Desk, etc, throughout the year. **What do you dislike about Resonate Ignite Platform?** Sometimes it's hard to find an insight that specifically highlights what you're looking for (example: sparkling water vs. seltzer), it can be more broad. There is so much information it also can be quite overwhelming, but they are working on custom reports along with the new AI feature to make it more easily digestable. My account team is also available to help if I need! Sometimes with platforms there can be an issue with integration, but with Live Ramp this has also gotten much easier. **What problems is Resonate Ignite Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping to move away from platform-specific affinity audiences and reach the same audience across all platforms. I recommend having some power users in the organization that work closely with Resonate leads to develop best practices. In some cases, the way that specific attributes are measured is inconsistent across similar channels and, therefore, can't be combined well. Resonate is the leader in what they provide but for the best, you pay an appropriate price. Their methods and approach regarding data collection and quality align with industry best practices to mitigate the impact of the downsides associated with this sort of methodology. UI is relatively easy to understand and use, as it has improved over the years, and the speed of working through the platform/generating outputs is optimal. **What do you dislike about Resonate Ignite Platform?** Limited to the U.S., and non-existent capabilities for B2B audiences, which should be clear going in (but it'd be nice to have someday). In the end, one should also consider the methodology and approach is surveying non-probability convenience samples from all of the top online survey panels. Thus it's essential to understand how this applies as the insights and stats may not fully reflect your target audience (especially if it is more nuanced) and shouldn't be seen as a final solution for consumer segmentation research. Also, as far as I can tell, they do not make available client-friendly survey instruments or data dictionaries (or how/if they are bucketing scales, etc.). The UX can be a little overwhelming for new users and can take time to get used to, as the home screen or dashboard has a lot going on out the door and some more crucial functions (e.g., the function to download all reports and data in bulk) are not easy to find/should be more pronounced buttons. **What problems is Resonate Ignite Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** B2C audience profiling and deriving a deeper understanding of such audiences to fine-tune campaign targeting. ### 8. Their information provides deep insights into the audience's values, behaviors, and psychological drivers. This gives us the ability to craft creative and messaging that really speaks to the heart of a consumer's buying decisions. We use the platform for multiple applications from initial audience research, through doing contextual studies and activating against a custom audience. **What do you dislike about Resonate Ignite Platform?** There is limited insights for B2B related questions. But if you know your audience well enough it is still entirely possible to make behavioral and values-based inferences from what is available. This is a platform that doesn't spoon-feed you. Things that go way beyond typical demographics with educational and career focused questions too. I also love that it works fast and I can pull insights very quickly once I'm trained and know what I'm looking for. **What do you dislike about Resonate Ignite Platform?** Besides setting up audiences and comparing, the indexing and user experience is lacking a little. Most of the time the audiences we're looking at are very nuanced and they don't necessary index in a clear manner with the base audiences we're comparing them to. The user experience can also be a little confusing without proper training on the platform. I don't love how busy the homescreen is either.
