It has a bit of a learning curve to truly understand the data and be able to pull out insights. I recommend having some power users in the organization that work closely with Resonate leads to develop best practices.
In some cases, the way that specific attributes are measured is inconsistent across similar channels and, therefore, can't be combined well.
