Simple but effective **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** JAVIER R. | Socio /Estilista , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2019 **What do you like best about Reservio?** It is a simple but very functional program, allows you to make an effective and organized appointment scheduling, customer database and online reservations, can be used in different areas of business or business, in our case we use it for the management of appointments in our beauty salon, is also very simple to configure because it has a highly intuitive interface, once configured is very dynamic and simple to use and navigate, its design is very attractive, offering a variety of colors to customize the services offered by your business. On the other hand, it has an extraordinary price and a very complete free version. **What do you dislike about Reservio?** Although you can record the prices of the services offered by your business or that the system generates a preamble of expenses is not empowered to generate invoices, I would love that in future updates the system could generate invoices, as well as inventory control and a mobile application. **Recommendations to others considering Reservio:** I recommend 100%, this program is one of those tools that you will not regret having acquired. It is functional, easy to use and at a good price, are one of the most relevant features of this program. **What problems is Reservio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been using it for 2 years and it has worked wonderfully, in relation to the scheduling of appointments is very effective, so it has allowed us to establish a work organization and a constant workflow. We are so familiar with this tool that we refuse to change to another system, although we have found ourselves in the need to acquire other software for inventory control, such as staff assistance and accounting tools we are pleasantly satisfied with Reservio, as it was the first automated program that we implemented in our business and undoubtedly helped us expand and accompanied us in the development stage of our salon, although there is no doubt that some updates must be made is a very effective tool. ### 3.
