**What do you like best about Repup?**

It immediately alerts you on negative feed backs  from the clients on our offerings .This will immediately  help us set the ball rolling on the corrective actions that we need to take.

**What do you dislike about Repup?**

The present functions allow the software to evaluate customer satisfaction only at the end of his stay , so service recovery ca not be initiated.
Rep up is coming up with a solution wherein their upgraded version allow us to collect feed backs   right from the the first interaction we make with a prospective client , so it will help up us on meeting and exceeding the customer expectation.

**Recommendations to others considering Repup:**

I can gladly recommend this product to any hospitality company.

**What do you like best about Repup?**

Great program to read all our customer review so we could analyse and plan our marketing strategy effectively and efficiently to gain the customer satisfaction through the guests parameter.

**What do you dislike about Repup?**

It can be improved to reduce the sync time or to update the new guests review as now it updates every 8 hours.

**Recommendations to others considering Repup:**

It is great platform and work best to compile the guests review and score, easy to use and the support is always around the clock to assist you.

**What problems is Repup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We know our position compare to our competitors, know what is our strength and weakness so we are working everyday to improve the guests satisfaction and bring more loyal customers to our property to stay again and again.
